My Credit Card was stolen, got new one, went to retail store to pay the bill before it was too late and reset my auto bill pay with the new credit card. The employee at Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer in Chandler, AZ407 S Arizona Ave # BChandler, AZ 85225,told me after I swiped my card, that the transaction was completed, and I didn't have anything else that I needed to do.This morning my service was terminated, and I called the Customer Service number in a text message I received to fix this issue. The customer service people are incredible rude treating me like an idiot not knowing how to pay my bill or what a credit card is. They tell me they are transferring me to a different department and hung up on me twice, these Customer Service people are idiots and do not deserve the $15/hour minimum wage.Cricket Wireless should change their name to Con-artist Weasels and be proud of it.If you are looking for a new service and considering Cricket Wireless, Never expect any help from customer service department.

FIX YOUR INTERNET ISSUES!!! I lost $1239.68 in this store today because your system kept crashing. I have to hope and pray the money is returned to my account because the register shows no transaction at all! I left the store without my money and without a phone. This is the 3rd Cricket store I’ve been to in the Chandler area within the last two weeks with major internet issues. The associate did the best he could, but I walked out of the store in tears. Not the fault of the associate, but this was the worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a phone in my entire life.

Be careful!! Hundreds of Cricket customers are experiencing port out scams - my boyfriend is one of them! Cricket refused to help and reimbursed his money. Do no use this phone carrier. You are risking getting your identity taken!! Spread the word!!

Constant up sales, nearly impossible to return anything . I was porting the number and while I got "free" iPhone , they also put in $11/month insurance. I stated, that I want only phone and service. Still, they re-did whole purchase, but added $40 case. When I asked to remove it, answer was "can't remove, come tomorrow to return, when manager will be here". I will try to refund it with my cc..

Went to buy a phone for my son and the guy who helped us was very professional and friendly. From start to finish took about 1/2 hour. I'd recommend this store for anyone looking for a basic plan
