“Sara Lance provided beyond exceptional service. She had essentially provided me with a mini financial literacy course. She explained all types of accounts (checkung, savings, CD) and what they do. She provided answers to questions in very specific areas of my bank account. Sara answered all questions with a great sense of humor.I never thought I would enjoy creating a bank account if she wasn't the one helping me out. Definite 5 star review!”

“I would like to put in a good word for the service I received from "Van" at the Chandler, AZ branch. Van was very professional, listened to my description of my current situation and acted immediately to get me the best outcome I could get. She was proactive in getting me a refinance on a bad auto loan I had entered into 3 months ago, securing me a great rate with great terms. I had been told no, no, no by several banks and didn't believe I had a chance at actually securing a refinance. Van saw no problem, got me the loan and even set me up with a cashRewards Visa to help me consolidate higher interest debt and give me some breathing room in my current situation. It is so nice to know that there is still personal service being provided somewhere in the "personal banking" world.”
