Super grumpy young people are working like a robot who does not want to help customers. Waited for a whole pizza for 30 min. While this 30 minutes, we stood right next to the cashier and waited for the number to be called. We asked 2 times how long the pizza takes and 2 super angry young ladies said 20 min, but not even checked my number to see if the pizza was ready or not. So waited for 30 min and again asked if pizza was ready. Then it turned out that pizza was ready I'm shell while time, so I asked how I knew when pizza is ready. Then this lady said "we called multiple times" that's a fat lie. We were standing next to the cashier. Anyway, we need to make huge efforts to get a shopping done at Costco.

Called ahead to order pizza. Waited about 45 minutes and then was told that they didn’t receive the order. Double-checked the phone number and the place to make sure it was right and even then they wouldn’t honor it. Was told I could wait another 40 minutes for another pizza.
Don’t waste your time here.

My favorite pizza and it's the cheapest I've ever had. The membership is worth it in my opinion. Would highly recommend!
Parking: Very limited spots almost all the time.

We got the new strawberry ice cream cup and it is delicious ?! But don’t be fooled they just fill the outer edges of the cup and leave the center hallow.

I like the kiosk to order food and the food tastes just like it did before the pandemic. At least that what I was told because my sense of taste has been permanently affected since 2020. The prices are mostly the same and not affected by inflation. Pizza is always tasty.

It’s Costco sort of fast food. It is what it is, but delicious just the same. Get the fudge sundae with extra fudge, it is epic.

I use to love this Costco, but it has changed. The self checkout lines are no longer self checkout. Staff will force you to allow them to scan. You have to have your membership card checked 3 times (including at the door) and staff aren't friendly. Note: The rep today at self checkout only asked to see my card and no one else infront of behind me...) why me?. They claim it's to move the line along but this has happened even when there isn't a line. The experience hasn't been great and I dread coming here now.

I'm obsessed with Costco. If I could sleep here I would. I come several times a month just to browse and convince myself that my household of two needs more bulk groceries. I don't... This Costco is very close to my house so it's my go to. The store is always clean and well stocked. But I like to visit other Costcos to see what they may have on sale. I give three stars because their customer service is inconsistent. I don't find the employees here to be particularly kind. I understand this place is a mad house especially on the weekends. But I can't genuinely say that I'm treated with kindness. I've been coming here for 4 years and I've had a number of questionable encounters with grumpy employees. I have just come to the understanding that I come this Costco to get what I need and get the hell out, especially on the weekends.

Just got a call from my mother. She said her cashier seemed off. She asked him how his day was goin. Rude cashier told her not to trip on the way out the door. Called Costco spoke to a manager. Not impressed at all with their take on the situation.

I hate leaving a one star on a store that I've had many good experiences when I've gone but thanks to one person her name is Dedra B in the customer service returns counter, unfortunately today she made the visit not so pleasant. I went to return some stuff, and when she asked me what was the reason for returning the items I let her know that I no longer had use for them didn't feel the need to give her a whole story of why I am making my return I didn't feel it was necessary. After I gave her my explanation, she gave attitude and rolled her eyes at me, so then, when I saw her rolled her eyes at me, I said, is that a problem, and she said no, and walked away. Costco has amazing customer service and never have I once been treated the way she treated me today and I don't believe that someone like that belongs in a great company that excels in customer service.
