Returned some pants , the cashier was extremely rude. My mom went to buy a hot dog , after she was done she saw I was waking to find my mom. She looked at me and said , you need to go through the front if you want to buy stuff. Very rudely.. I felt she was dictated by me being Latina.

Just rude. Considering how much we spend at Costco yearly, you would think they would have stellar customer service. The staff at this Costco acts as though they are doing you a favor by helping you. Either that or they are just plain rude.

Its bad enough we are paying more for groceries, now it seems we need to do the Costco helpers jobs too. I am an older woman and literally was told by 2 young line helpers (there was also a cashier) for a total of 3 people, to take the small stuff out the cart and put on the belt. What do they consider small stuff as they proceeded to take everything out the cart? I stood behind a couple who had several small items in there cart, and were not told to take anything out the cart. Point being what are you getting paid for, if not to help an older person? I do not think Costco pays their employees to just stand around. Very disappointed in my favorite Costco.

That $1.50 hotdog allllllllllllllllll day. Yummy yum yum. Always busy but that's coscto so who cares, there's free samples haha. Smile.

Why are there so few choices of white wines at this location? Lots of reds, very few whites. Fix it.

Everything you need. Great deals, samples on weekends, and delicious food in the food court. Perfect company for bulk buys and business purchases. Customer service may be hard to find since the store is so big, but if you find someone usually they try their best to help. Very wheelchair accessible.

The unfortunate thing about Costco is that they constantly change the location of the products, honestly a very bad decision, time is wasted and for El Colme there is never ONE employee to ask where the changed products are, they should stop doing it every week, Enough Enough, no They realize that they make Costco members uncomfortable with their erroneous marketing decisions, it's boring, it's boring.

To the people at Costco: give Matthew a raise!!! While we were getting our pizza, he was smiling, helping other customers respectfully and efficiently. However, despite the amazing service, the time it took to get our (two) pizzas was probably over 20 minutes. Overall good experience!

Al was the rudest employee I’ve ever come across in all Costco’s. The way he spoke to me was really unprofessional and upsetting. His message could’ve been delivered respectfully. I’m sorry he represents your store.
