I have had my prescription for my dog filled here for many months. They got a new pharmacist and the last two visits have been awful so I’ll be switching locations. My dog has an opioid for end of life care and up until last month I never felt questioned about my meds. When I did my prescription last month they accepted a printed copy of the prescription (my vet is an hour away so they emailed it to me), they filled it no problem. When I picked it up the pharmacist kept asking me questions as if it was sketchy that I was getting these meds.
This month I did the same thing but he wouldn’t take the printed copy and states I have to have a wet signature, and then proceeds to argue with me that they didn’t accept it last month, which they did. I’ll be switching locations simply because of this pharmacist, including any shopping I need to do.

Called to have my prescription of Adderall filled and found myself getting the run around on if they had any in stock. I am a Costco member who does not fill at that pharmacy and apparently since I don't I was far from important.The Pharmacist told me everything I already knew about the shortages but wouldn't confirm if he could help and made it very clear that I was not important because I have never filled there, I assure you I never will and I'm done with this entire Costco membership. ?

The Costco pharmacy team continues to impress me. They can fill a prescription in under ~15 mins, and they always work HARD to find discounts to save you money. For reference: my medication cost $178 at Safeway Pharmacy. It took them 4 days of hassle to fill it. Costco filled it in 15 mins at a cost of $44. It's the exact same medicine. Ya'll rock.

They say they provide a "harrassment‐free environment to shop and work" but they harassed several long-time customers repeatedly and created a hostile environment for them. The store manager Mary Magel should be ashamed of her hypocritical behavior and written statements. Membership closed. Let me know when you're ready to do business like adults. Until then we'll gladly spend our money elsewhere.

They all need to back to customer service training, was like being interrogated by homeland security just to sign up for a business account even when providing what was asked forms of ID, W9 asking way to many non- related personal questions 3 different visits to the member ship desk, there credit machines must not work properly either but took my business debit card 3 other places right after there supposedly Declined transactions & card ran through fine also was announced loudly to the lanes next to me and all the people in line behind that I can't pay ridiculous I never seen a bunch of un trained rookies in customer service I have canceled my membership and I am done, should have just signed up for a gold star membership if I knew it was going to take all that just to sign up & wasted 3 hours of my evening for nothing.

This has been our primary Costco since it opened many years ago. I love how they come up with great foods and great ways to order your food. Love the Chicken Bake, love the pizza, but nothing is better than a Costco Hot Dog and Soda. Costco should get contracts at all the Sports Venues. Finally we would have some good foods at The D'Backs Park. Of course Costco uses excellent ingredients, prepares the food expertly and the value is beyond belief.

Convenient. I have learned only recently that the price you pay for prescription drugs varies greatly. In the same zip code, in same city, from the store up the block or just across the street, prices can be significantly different. So know this going in. Also you should know that having a Rx filled here at Costco does NOT require a membership. You can go online and peruse their list of meds and even determine the cost. You will find that Costco can even fill your pets scrip. Word of advice; avoid some of those flea and tick meds cuz many have proven to be a hazard. "The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a warning that medications in the isoxazoline class such as Bravecto, Credelio, Nexgard and Simparica may do more than just combat flea or tick infestations. These medications have the potential of causing seizures, ataxia, muscle tremors, or other neurological problems in your pets. Ataxia is a condition in which your pets can't control their muscle movements and thus may have trouble walking, balancing, or speaking. Of course, you may not necessarily be able to tell if your pet is having difficulty speaking. But the FDA warning means that you should be on the lookout for any struggles that your pet may be having after taking these medications." Oh, and you can use online coupons to get a better discount (OR determine if you might want to pick up that Rx elsewhere), but I'm gonna leave that up to you to figure out cuz my years of lessons aren't gonna be given up like that. And pay close attention here. Hours of pharmacy are NOT the same as the warehouse. They also have breaks at lunch. No, their lunch schedule is not the same as yours. Plan accordingly. Last thing, but this is important. Staff is quite nice, helpful, patient, courteous. So YOU BE NICE and dont make their day any longer than it already is gonna be today. Why four instead of five stars? It's Costco. There are lines... at the prescription drop off window... at the prescription pick up window. And those dang lines they've painted on the floor to designate "personal space" . UGH! Can we just be adults, get past the PC schtuff already?!

This is not the best Costco, its clean and everything, but the slightly different layout is not as customer friendly as the Costco a few miles away , on Elliot, which is where we usually shop. also, Costco.com is most convenient

GILBERT FOOD COURT inside the COSTCO at 1415 N. ARIZONA AVE (Just south of BASELINE AND COUNTRY CLUB ROADS MESA). 480-293-0071 Courteous help and pizza is as good as many and better than some. Plenty to eat!!. We've gotten the 'combination' each time and have enjoyed... I think you will also... if you haven't tried it... worth trying.

Happened to be here on the other side of the Valley and stopped in because we needed things. You can never leave this store without spending at least $100. Must be a rule but you never know what you will find here. Always good items to purchase in the freezer case after you have had some to taste.
