Arrived at this location at 5:25 and there was a sign on the door that said someone would be back in 5 min. We waited for at least 15 min. It's nearing 6:00 (closing time) and no one is here. Another couple customers were waiting at the door and one mentioned this happens all the time at this location. I understand being short staffed, but maybe update your hours of operation if you will be closing early so that people don't take time out of their day to drive over and just wait in front of the door. At the very least, leave a sign that says you're closing early and not that you'll just be out for 5 min.

Changing my rating first five stars down to two. Good store, has the products I need, super close location, all great things!!But they frequently have staffing issues causing the store to open late, close early, or close right in the middle of the day with no way of knowing that before getting there and seeing the sign on the door.

If items are not on sale, take down the sale stickers! So many times I go in and something says on sale and I get to the counter and they say the signs are old and the sale has ended. That’s false advertising and should be honored if signs are still up

This is for all locations... Staff is always extremely helpful, if they don't know the info you might be looking for, they go out of their way to find it. Been using this company to support my business for almost 4 decades through a couple of revisions and rebranding. Still 5⭐'s always. For the salon professional. You do need a license in cosmetology, aestetics, or nail technology to shop here tho. On a side note. A couple of the employees are still working for or involved with this company as long as I've been in the business. I like doing business with companies with solid structure, innovation, adaptability and management practices.

There is one worker specifically who makes me feel very uncomfortable each time I come in and she rings me out. She asked me for multiple pieces of information; I always just use my phone number and usually no problem. Every time I get this lady she gives me a hard time and makes me feel so gross. I am a licensed professional and even if I wasn’t there isn’t a rule that non licensed people aren’t able to buy products. Especially something so simple like shampoo. She isn’t friendly at all. I really think you should reevaluate this employee. I never want to come to this location again. It sucks because I love so close but there are other locations and I don’t mind going elsewhere

Does not sell to the average Joe. "Professionals with an account only". I just need a good set of nail clippers. Didn't know a license was required to have access to quality tools.

This used to be my absolute most favorite Cosmo prof to visit. Literally every single staff member was accommodating and very personable. The new manager of this store lacks customer service skills like you wouldn’t believe, is very unpersonable, and quite frankly makes me not want to shop at this location until management changes over again.
