Where to begin...I'll just talk about today. The self checkout and often only checkout over charges all the time and when you try to get help they tell you there is nothing they can do or you will have to wait 15 minutes and hold up 10 people lined up behind you and suffer embarrassment. I just paid 5 dollars for 2 drinks that are suppose to be 2 for 2.50. This happens all the time now I'm aware to watch for it. Like Walmart they are stealing from us to counter thier losses do to poor management and consequences of cost cutting by reducing jobs. Maybe when I have more time I'll get into all the issues with this store but I'll say this. One of the worst run stores I've ever seen and it is attracting a negative crowd and our nice community deserves better. Go to the circle k on valvista and riggs. Lovely store, clean and well run. We need to get this store under new management or closed.

WARNING THIS PLACE WILL OVERCHARGE YOU! On 11/5 around 5 pm I stopped here to by Powerball tickets like everyone else. I bought some other stuff that was clearly marked but after paying and looking at my receipt I noticed I was overcharged on some Items. I pointed this out to the guy who handled my transaction and the guy was very rude about it. His answer was those are the prices! When I pointed out to him the Item was clearly marked and he finally looked at it his reply was there is nothing I can do! Really you over charge someone and refuse to do anything! He blamed it on his manager not changing the pricing and when I told him how do I know this to be true the items are clearly marked and you refuse to honor them! Obviously he just didn't want to be bothered and I can't believe this guy even has a job with this attitude! It wasn't all that much and it would of been the right thing to do to just refund the money and leave his manager a note ! needless to say I'll just shop at QT! Their customer service is just way better !

RC is the most disrespectful employee I have ever met. Slammed the door in my girlfriends face after giving us problems the night before. Puts up a sign saying he's taking a 5 minute bathroom break, 25 minutes later he's still not out. About 10 customers tried to get in and just left because RC was ignoring everyone for too long. He also loses up alcohol and says that im not allowed to buy it a 1:00am, other customers were also complaining about him specifically while I was waiting outside for him.

Stopped at the circle k #4925 at Gilbert and Riggs rds. Everything was okay until i was checking out. First off the clerk was training a new hire. I stood by while she walked her through depositing money in the the safe. As i was waiting, i looked at the screen and it said sign up or sign in. So i signed in. Apparently that was to make the worl end! The clerk looked at the screen and sighed loudly and stated that i signed up for the beverage club. She then sighed loudly again as she figured out a way to save the world. Another loud sigh as she began fixing my mistake. Finally, i was allowed to live and left the store. Does anyone know good customer service anymore?
