Just visited this goodwill (9/12/24) around 3:45pm, only cashier there was incredibly rude- I greeted him warmly & he did not speak a single word to me besides an irritated “cash or card”. Didn’t even look at me once as he was too busy watching a video on his phone sitting on the register. Didn’t bag my items either. Genuinely just a really uncomfortable interaction. I almost never leave bad reviews either but i’ve never had a cashier act so rude to me before lol

This goodwill is a scam. They are a front just trying to make money by selling you high priced items that were DONATED. Just to get money or being a donation center. It's a scam, they are scamming everyone in the area. Plus the manager is insane and unprofessional.

They ran out of receipt paper and the entire checkout process came to a screeching halt! Seriously? After an extra 15 minutes of waiting in line, the store manager announced that he was going to go buy receipt paper. Like that’s going to make a difference to people who have already waited in line. As if we’re going to sit around an extra 20 minutes until he gets back from the store? And isn’t that part of your job to make sure you don’t run out of things like that? I tried to save some money by shopping here, and then just lost money on payroll because I was late back from my lunch break.

Not paying 17.00 dollars for a pair of used Nike shoes. Like seriously Goodwill. People go to these kind of stores, because they can't afford to buy them elsewhere. Disappointed

The manager, Keitha, is extremely rude. I was trying to buy a shirt for my 11 year old son and when I went to check out Keitha had told me it is no longer for sale. With confusion, I asked why and she simply claimed it was on hold “for someone else.” When I came back later to check if it was still there, I saw Keitha walking out the store with it and putting it in her car to keep for herself.

I was approached by a manager, Keitha who had told me that I was “too gay” to shop at goodwill. She proceeded to tell me I belong as a stripper in a gay club shopping at chanel. Very unprofessional!
