Be careful with your packages form converse. Opened the box and it was full of bugs. They got all in our house and we spent two days killing them. No idea what they are. Converse said doesn't matter ship back the shoes to get a refund. I feel sorry for UPS. I told them they take liability for whatever these bugs are. I am returning them and probably not buying more since they don't seem to care about health and safety. They did not care at all.

Great variety of Converse tennis shoes and the prices from October to December did not change much even though they said less than 20% because of the thansgivin, they still remained the same and there was no real discount offer

Don’t know what happened over the last couple months but their service has really gone down and it’s disappointing to see that they focus on projects instead of customers. Management needs to readjust.
