The young lady was very nice on the phone but I would not pay $2,700 for this sectional when I bought it I paid like $16 and they're going out of business I'll probably wait and see if I can get a better price there's no way I would pay $600 for a left arm manual recliner

I don't think I've ever had a worse experience. "Chandler" the manager offered us a deal, but later refused to honor the deal after we returned that afternoon at his request due to "problems with the outdated software Conn's uses." When you give someone your word it should mean something. He was unprofessional arguing with a customer on the phone, and bad mouthing another manager. A one star review is too generous. Fortunately, our local store in NM made it right and gave us the quote we were initially offered. We will never do business with the Chandler location.

Nicole was amazing! She was super helpful and willing to let us roam and keep looking. We added a few things they had to keep going back and forth to re do our order and she was so nice and chill about everything. Such a good store! And great crew the manager Dominic and Nicole were 5 star

I walk in, they jump out of the chair and greet me with their clipboard in hand, already getting their used car salesman pitch warmed up. I tell them I am just looking, they say ok, give me a little more sales pitch, tell me to just find them if I have any questions, and then just watch me the whole time. Typical, furniture store stuff, it is what it is. BUT... when I go to leave without buying anything, I am given the most monotone, phoned in, fake, "have a nice day" I have ever received in my life.... that turned me off entirely. They had a chair I was interested in, but I wanted to go check in with the wife first. That dismissal, which is what it was, made me realize I didn't have to. Call me a Karen if you want, but customer service and just basic politeness should still matter a little bit, I think.

When I went they were so beyond friendly. I financed something awhile back and they started taking 400+ a month. No one will call me back no one will let me know what’s going on, horrible service after all, just wanted to sell stuff. Every time I call the guy magically disappears.
