What else can I say but Ben Irons at Coffin and Trout is amazing! I had put my name down some time ago for a couple Rolex models I had been truly wanting. I would go in from time to time to chat with Ben about timepieces as well as other things. He was and is always has been a pleasure to talk to. I have been to other Rolex AD's and no one has been as great as this place. Ben reached out to me mid last week to tell me he had something for me. I am now the proud owner for a new Rolex Submariner Date Green Bezel Ref 126610LV and couldn't be happier. My advice is if you are looking for something special being a Rolex, jewelry or anything else this store offers ask for Ben. He will take great care of you. Lastly, if it is a Rolex you are wanting be patient, honest and always polite. Cheers and thanks again Ben

Excellent jewelry store with a welcoming environment. Me and wife went into Coffin and Trout and were treated respectfully from the start. Phillip helped me on selecting a Rolex watch that I had been interested in for sometime. I also tried on other models including Tudor watches. A few weeks later I received a call stating the watch was available for purchase. The buying experience was exceptional and I will definitely be going back for further purchases. Thanks to the staff at Coffin and Trout, I am a proud owner of a Rolex Explorer 40mm!

I first visited Coffin and Trout about a year ago and I immediately felt welcome. I was offered a water and introduced to Phillip Bosen. We talked about watches for a good half an hour before even discussing a watch that I was interested in and how difficult it can be to even find one that could be offered for sale. Throughout the next year I stopped in periodically and spoke to Phillip about watches and new watch releases and texted with him often and was always surprised that I would always get a response back pretty quickly. I developed what felt like a genuine friendship with Phillip as opposed to a salesman/customer relationship and we would find ourselves talking about other interests outside of watches as well.I was surprised and thrilled to get the call that my dream watch was finally available to be picked up last week. Phillip let me do the unboxing in their private VIP area, sized and set the watch for me, went over the features of the watch and celebrated the purchase with me. I could tell he was sincerely happy to help me get the timepiece that I had desired for so long and I was happy to have him as a guide throughout our little journey.I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Coffin and Trout as well as Phillip and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

A Gem of a find - amazing Jewelry and watch shop with amazing staff.I recently had the pleasure of working with Sandy on purchasing my dream watch. She helped me finding my watch. It took some time to get it but she was communicating throughout the whole time. I am truly impressed with her personalized service. I ll def go back for more watches and jewelry in the future. She is extremely friendly and easy to work with. She really knows how to make customers happy. She also made the day i picked up my watch with full of surprises and pleasure. Just cant say enough about this place and Sandy.Highly recommended

I recently had the pleasure of working with the C&T team for a custom designed engagement ring and it could not have gone more smooth. There is nothing like the hands on experience of shopping in person. The “online shopping” experience doesn’t compare to getting to see and touch items in person and probably most important, personal relationships that you create with people that run small local businesses.My wife and I got to visit Coffin & Trout and within minutes could tell that this company was truly devoted to providing a top shelf customer shopping adventure. The store front was so clean and stylish, and the jewelry and watches were displayed beautifully, and the customer service was the most impressive part of our visit. There’s nothing that compares to making people feel welcome, appreciated, and important. Brandi and Phillip were so authentic and so fun to be around and are ambassadors for Coffin & Trout and the products they represent. There is huge value in knowing how to treat people and product knowledge. I can’t wait to go back!I would HIGHLY recommend this store!

I remember visiting Coffin and Trout as a child with my parents. I was always pleased with the experience of visiting such a fine establishment. Over 25 years later and I am still impressed by their service, attention to detail and taking the time with their customers to give them the best experience.
