I would give no stars if possible. I foolishly went to Cobblestone for an oil change. The following week I noticed oil was leaking on my driveway. I took the car back to cobblestone and they said they didn’t see a leak. I took the car to Jiffy Lube, at Ocotillo and AZ, they took care of the issue. Jiffy Lube topped off the oil, cleaned it up and fixed the issue at no charge. I will never stray from Jiffy Lube again.

I was upsold on a car wash for $33. I noticed inside wasn’t wiped down very well and then I had to go have the car vacuumed over since it was done poorly. I was told between the seats is not done anymore that it would become a detail. The higher price tag was for more products on the outside. I noticed my outside wasn’t even clean in some areas. I will not be back.

Came here after a long time. Totally disappointed this time. The dashboard was not wiped at all. Some other areas in the interior were also left as is. I had to clean it myself when I got home. I would just go to another place and get an exterior wash and clean the interiors myself.

I’m posting this hoping I can finally get someone to connect with me. I’ve been a customer for many many years. Signed up for the wash pass in the “old days” and was promised a monthly rate that would not change. I haven’t really noticed it until now that they’re charging me MUCH more than I agreed to. Never received notice and they have charged me without my consent. Additionally, bought a couple oil changes for my son and was told specifically that they do not expire. Went to use an oil change and was told it expired in March! This is like a gift card expiring, I would never buy it if I had a timeline. Anyway, I called the corporate office three times with no response in three weeks. Buyer beware!

Good morning, I just washed my car, the guys who clean it don't make an effort. Why is the car clean? They don't vacuum it well, they don't remove the dust that's on the dashboard well, it's poorly washed, maybe they pay for it, I don't know good, but I don't blame them, and maybe they do things halfway, but the service lately is too bad.

Shout out to Nick Meyer who went above and beyond today to correct an issue with my truck during a recent wash visit. Without going into detail, Nick made everything right and was professional and courteous in the process. Thank you, Nick!

Brittany and Trisha have some of the best customer service that I have had the pleasure of being serviced, their ability to make you feel welcomed and the smiles the moment you walk into those doors make you not want to go to any other gas station they are definitely the reason why i choose Cobblestone every morning.

I went in on a Tuesday and reserved a exterior detail for paint protection. I prepaid 350.00. Dropped off my car on Thursday morning. The young man that processed me didnt know I was prepaid and tried to sell me on everything. He even said I was not sold the products I needed. I ignored him and asked when I can pick up my car. He said 6 tonight, it was 9 in the morning! The salesman, Nicolas, who sold me the package said 4 hours max. So I already knew the kid was trying to play me. I came back at around 5:30 pm. One lady who worked there came up to me and said Sir, what is your problem? I said no problem just looking for my car I dropped off this morning for a detail. She said go to the front and look for your car or go to the back and look for your car. So I got lucky and went to the back and saw my car in a bay. I went back and saw one man sitting. I asked for my car. He did not speak english. He went over to another bay and talked to a another man and he came over. He asked for my receipt. I said the kid this morning took my receipt. He left and returned about 10 minutes later with a man in a shirt that said quality control. He handed me the keys and said have a nice day. The work is acceptable but the process is so messed up that i would never go back unless Im getting a quick car wash. the process of detail is clearly not managed. Go somewhere else for a detail.
