Signed up for monthly services. 1st car was was great now everytime I go the soap is dried into my car. Today there was no rags. When you ask the employees they just look at you like your stupid no no answer no let me take your information and I'll give it to management to see if they can fix the problem just oh well.

Terrible experience, from the start to the end it was horrible. I bought the most expensive car wash but it didn’t clean anything, even the smallest dirt part. On top of that made all my windows really dirty. Then I said might as well clean the inside and went over the vacuums but none of those were working as well, I wanted to get a refund but couldn’t see anyone at the office. So o left the place with a dirtier car than I came with thanks ??

Should be zero stars. Worst car wash in town. Really wish it was better since it’s so close to the house. Water sucks, soap is absurd. Staff is good but always trying to sell a membership. Don’t blame them but this doesn’t clean anything. Very awful, they need to fix some settings for sure.

Car did not come out clean, couldn't even get fresh, wet bird poop off of the car, no pre scrub done, air doesn't even come close to getting water off at the end. First and last time.

Typically the experience is as expected but today there was an incident involving multiple cars. Hopefully they make it right. Then I'll change the rating.

Spent $13 on their auto wash. Terrible. It cleaned some parts of the car but there was still dirt and dust on parts of the entire car. Complete waste of money

Didn't clean my car. Big areas missed. Car was soaked after being blown dry. Tires were missed as well.
