I live nearby. This location is consistently closed during the hours they are advertised to be open. Tonight the door was open, BUT there was a bike lock on the inside??? I’ve had identical feedback from people in my neighborhood. 8 months ago I stood in line and listened to the kid at the register brag to 2 friends about not taking cards because the machine was “down” except it was NOT by his own admission. I hope the franchise owner is reading this. Approx. 11:15pm September 15, 2023 for reference. Queen Creek and McQueen location was wide open and friendly.

A young lady that was mopping seemed annoyed by the busyness of the store while she was mopping. Had an annoyed face when people were in her way. Girl, be happy it's busy and not dead, and you are inside mopping, or don't mop when there is alot of foot traffic. Cashier was great.

I asked the cashier at the self checkout, who was a young lady, if the pizza will scan and she quickly gave her response and then quickly had another response with attitude to "just place it on the self check out geez" . The gentleman at the actual register was very friendly but it's always those miserable ones that really make these stores hard to go into. I hope she learns to drop the attitude and just be polite. Or hold back on the negative response.

Honestly this circle k is disgusting!!!! Went into the bathroom and there was used toilet paper all over the floor. Made me want to throw up.

Niko (cool name) went above & beyond to provide superb customer service, appears to be highly respected by other staff members & customers from my observations of various interactions. Niko "Wowed" me, super rare find! "By far" the cleanest, well-stocked store & most professional 'diverse' staff EVER encountered at ANY Circle K in my 40 years of living in Chandler, AZ. All employees wear masks & there's plastic barriers at the registers. Well managed place! I'd initially thought of their competitor since never in my life seen such a jewel at a Circle K! Found my new spot!!!

Whatever lady works on tuesday night with glasses is a RACIST. She tried to upcharge me on items saying they were the wrong price when they were not. She acted like me and my sister we stealing when we are regulars at this location. On top of that she canceled my transaction as I was pulling my card out just to upcharge me again!

MARY an employee deserves commendation today she was an absolute delight to interact with act with and is making Circle K an awesome place! Tempest an employee was excellent too!
