This circle k is a pain in the butt for check out. You use the self check out to go in quickly and they literally stop you the entire time you are checking out to make sure you scan everything which you are. This is the stupidest feature ever for circle k why bother having self check out if the clerks will literally remove all of your belongings just to rescan everything. This place is annoying. And the worst circle k I ever went to.

My Business is across the street from this store. Naturally I stop here every morning for Gas Coffee or a fountain drink & usually a Breakfast sandwich. I will never stop at this location again. The gas pumps are always down the chip readers at the pumps never work some pumps you aren’t even able to insert your card. Forget about getting receipt for gas at the pump there’s never paper so I have to go in wait in line to get a receipt & when I do finally get to the counter and ask for a receipt I'm given attitude Like I’m interrupting them. Nothing works! Lately the fountain drink dispensers are disgustingly filthy and spew out clear carbonated water the ice dispensers are always broken Coffee makers rarely work Forget about getting an Ice Coffee the bags inside are always empty and God forbid you ask someone to help you. Now We will move to the “FRESH WARM FOOD”. Since Dan “The Kitchen Captain” left there getting anything to eat is impossible I guess I could buy a Shriveled disgusting Hotdog & this is 6:00 Am I often wonder how long have these Hotdogs have been on the roller grill. The Buns are always stale. I will be taking my business to QT. The new or fairly new Manager K-la just doesn’t give a damn. Bella & Carrol the previous managers were amazing & like I said before Dan obviously cared he took pride in making sure customers got the fresh warm food as advertised. I know Circle k’s make a ton of $$ I guess my money is no longer needed at this location. Im no Rocket scientist but I do know the problems at this location start at the top and run down hill. If the Management doesn’t care why should the employees?

I wish for once I could just buy gas, instead of jumping though stupid hoops I have a card why have pay at pump it it won't ever work.

After reviewing several of the reviews, I’m just so flabbergasted and confused as to how some, can say this is one of the “better Circle K’s” or “more reliable” but choose to use their review to air the complaints about others. It just appears unfocused to me. It also comes across as inconsiderate of the effort put into this location, by its employees. Furthermore, it’s tone deaf.
I’ve been a regular customer at this store. My family frequents this store. I have nothing but praise for the team at this store. I can only imagine the effort they put in, for the little praise they get, considering how disgruntled other locations make people, to the point that they just pick this one to air their grievances.
They must be working double time.

What I don’t get is that all of these circle k’s spent all this money for these pizza ovens and they all have a sign in the window advertising 2 slices and a polar pop for $5. There is a circle k on every corner and not one of them ever have pizza. I’m here at one right now and it’s lunch time and the place is busy. I’ve even tried asking the employees and a manager type if there is pizza and they always reply, “sorry no pizza today”. This is poor management. It also is proof that upper management in the corporate offices have forgotten where they have come from and they just sit in there office and hold no one accountable for when the pizza program fails. I wish there were as many qt’s as circle k’s. Qt customer service is by far better than circle k. It might be worth it for me to go out of my way to a qt to not deal with the aggravation. I bet there are many others who agree.

With the added self checkout it is very hard to check out here if you need tobacco or lottery. Very often the wait os longer than 5 minutes. They need more people checking out customers. I avoid this place if at all possible.

Terrible customer service. I made a large purchase which included cigarettes. When I got to my car I realized they gave me the wrong brand. I went right back in to exchange and they wouldn’t let me. Going to 7-11 from now on!

I am so tired of going out of my way for a Circle K. Items are constantly out of stock, bathrooms are frequently locked though this has been an exception to that rule, and prices ring up wrong as happened to me last night stealing $3 that the cashier wouldn't refund even after confirming the mistaken price tag in the cooler.The staff forces you to use kiosks machines that then malfunction in various ways or won't accept app deals. And on that note, I never get credited for beverage purchases either.I recently tried to get a copy of my fuel receipt since it didn't print outside. After an extra ten minutes of hassle and waiting inside I walked away with a photo of the totals.It's only 11pm and the doors are locked here. This is one of the more reliable stores. No sign on the door bothers to explain why and I'm about to stop caring anyway.

All of a sudden you can't use a card for more than $100 without going in to pre auth and mess with going back in for a receipt after. It's 2023 and $100 in fuel (diesel) is easy to get to. Over $100 on any pickup easy.
