I don't normally have a need to go into a branch however the few times I have gone in to meet with a banker or a teller for a transaction my experience has always been great. Very friendly staff and always willing to help.

This review is long overdue.I am writing regarding a series financial transactions that I was required to handle December 2023. These transactions dealt with the repair (covered by an insurance company) and sale of a home in another state. I was confused by the different financial documents sent to me and went to Chase on Gilbert/Ocotillo. Despite the bank being busy, Serenity and her female manager stopped and took time to assist me. Fortunately, I had all the of the legal documents with me, and they were able to read through and understand. They were WONDERFUL. The female manager and Serenity knew how to handle every detail. They were wonderful. Thank you, Gilbert/Ocotillo Chase!

It’s pains me to write this .. because am a chase employee. I went there to open a Business Account soon as i walked not a single person said hello or hey how can we assist! .. i stood there for 5 minutes still nothing .. So I sat down hoping someone will come up to me .. I sat there for 15 minutes straight and not a single soul said a word! I had enough, so I left and went to the Wells Fargo right next door. It was like entering into a true institution that cared. Soon I walked in I was greeted warmly by a lady name Gina and she offered to check me in and offer me water .. makes my heart hurt being an employee to see what’s going with that location ..

My fiance died suddenly at the age of 29. He banked with Chase and I was his personal representative. They froze the account, then lost my number and never called me to get the funds. Then they froze them again. I went to this branch on 03/24/23 to get the funds released once again. The manager greeted me like he was annoyed by my presence. He told me to have a seat without asking any info then went back to playing with his phone. I got up and addressed Jamie myself, she was very helpful. The manager that morning was rude, not helpful and annoyed by my presence. He was agitated and constantly telling Jamie "I don't remember you telling me this". That is a very poor leader if you ask me. I'm so thankful I don't bank with Chase.

Came in to get some basic service assistance. Walked in and got zero acknowledgment from anyone in the office. Two employees continued their conversation without ever looking up. We sat in the lobby for a bit of awkward time and were about to leave when Nate finished up with a customer and had the good sense to ask if we'd been helped. He took 10 minutes out of his day and helped us with what we needed. He's the only reason that there are three stars on this review.

I opened this account as a business account with a partner. This is not my normal Bank, I'm actually using US Bank. My complaints would be, they are not very friendly. They have one teller window. The line is out the door. I would not recommend using them as your bank, I only used them because my business partner thought they would be a good bank for our business. I think US Bank is way better. While I was waiting in the lobby to be seen I asked if they had a restroom, they do not! I was told to go next door to taco bell. I hope this was helpful to.

I came in this afternoon to open a basic checking account. I am starting my business and needed something basic, for now. I wanted to talk to someone there to help decide, basic personal account or basic business. The person who spoke with me, Vickie was very nice. But the other two people that had offices and no one else in them "were booked". Vickie explained that I could really easily open a basic checking account online. I said, I knew that, but I wanted face to face contact with someone.Taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve been trying to solve a mortgage payment issue that’s connected to my checking account. There has been more the one withdrawal a month. I was told this morning by K.N. to drive to the branch and talk to manager W to solve it once again. Stopped by and couldn’t even be helped. The staff member that came to me was more interested in pushing the problem away from the branch. After I explained what the issue was, she wanted to schedule a different day with someone else in order to try to solve my problem. Long story short, Chase’s customer centric claim falls short when it comes to their staff at this branch. They are not interested in solving customers’ problems, but rather to get rid of them. I’ll file a formal complaint with Chase about it. In the meantime, my advice to you is look either for BofA or WellFargo branches that are nearby.

I opened a bank account and was told by the banker at this location it would be delivered 5-7 business days. It’s been 2 weeks and when I called support they said I was never issued a card in the first place and I had to go back in person. I am very disappointed and frustrated my first experience opening a new account at chase was ruined because a banker couldn’t do something simple enough to give me access to my funds. I will not be going to this location again.
