While I like the inside ATM concept for getting other than 20 dollar bills, that's really the only value of this branch for me. I wish outside ATMs could just offer other types of bills so I never have to go inside.
The other service we often need is a notary public and every time we have come in except 1, there is not a notary there. They always kindly offer to make us an appointment for the following week. That's nice, but I don't normally need a notary that far ahead of time where I could make an appointment.
I end up going to City Hall on weekdays and paying UPS on weekends for something that is "offered" to account holders at Chase for no cost just for being customers of the bank.

I needed to swing by here for a certified check when buying a new car yesterday. I had never been to this location before as it's nowhere near where I live, which is a shame because they have some great employees here. I was in and out quickly as it was well staffed on a Friday afternoon. It's also very clean inside and there is plenty of parking at this location. I'ld make this my go to Chase if only it was closer to home.

Entered to open an account at 1pm on a weekday with not many people around. Was told it's a 2 hour wait. Suggest calling and making an appt as they aren't available for walk-ins.

I needed some information to get a Roth IRA set up and other branches were struggling to get what I needed. Robert and his team were able to get me everything I needed. His knowledge and customer service made the experience go smoothly.

Horrible customer service. Worst ever my mother had two charges declined when she had the money in there to begin with. Then they put a pending on her account for the $500 each. Saying that they could not help her. That because of another customer that screwed them over by making a claim they could not do a claim. Instead of telling them that it would take a few days for the transaction to drop. Even by having proof that the payment was done and processed by another card which was mine. They could do nothing. We had to go to another Chase Bank were all in all at least helped by putting in a claim. Come to find out the reason they keep denying my mother and father when they make transactions online is because they are "elderly." So, yeah all this back and forward because they are "elderly." They are done. They will be closing their account and moving to another bank. They have been left stranded in NY a while back because they locked they're card while traveling. So, this was their last draw. No more Chase Bank.

Zero stars would be better for this place. Typically we have a great experience at Chase banking locations unfortunately this is not the case at this location. The Vice President of this location Mr Poates stated that since we where late showing up to our appointment, which still had 45 minutes remaining, they couldn’t help us. He stated it takes over an hour and 15 min to set up and account so the 45 minutes remaining wasn’t enough time. We already have exisiting accounts and where just adding an additional one. The previous time it only took us 30 minutes to set up an account. I would stay away from this location while Mr. Coats is the vice president. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time.

I have been a customer of Chase for 20 years. I had a fraudulent charge on my debt card. It was a swing set ordered in November. Chase asked me to get proof I never received it. I got the proof from the post office that it wasn't sent to my address and only weighed 2 lbs! I have been calling Chase to get my money back and they refused. I have gotten nothing but a run around. They won't give any of their managers names or email addresses. As a customer I have the right to that information. Please don't bank with Chase. They will NOT do anything to help you with a problem. I thought your financial institution was supposed to have you back. They only have your back, to stab you in the back. I have never heard of an establishment not giving administrator information and being that useless. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Kathy is the only bank teller I’ve ever had a problem with. I’m constantly having to drive miles away to another bank that will accept my company checks. Our company is DBA *another name* and she’s the only one that will NEVER accept my checks. Every other teller at the branch accepts them. I ended up reaching out to our chase account manager and he told me Kathy didn’t take the extra steps to verify that there is actually a DBA On the account. Shame on you Kathy, for making everyone’s lives harder.

I’m not giving up, I’m confident if I keep trying someone will eventually answer the phone. I’ve called morning, noon, and night for two weeks now. Are you guys ok?!

Frivolous lawsuits don't do anyone any favors. Please choose another bank such as BMO Harris.

Haven’t stepped in the building once since Covid but I’ve called multiple times, on separate occasions and can never get a hold of anyone. Either they are understaffed, lazy, phone doesn’t work or they’re all deaf to the sound of a ring.

INAPPROPRIATE service TAKE YOUR BANKING ELSEWHERE!!! The Chase Branch on Gilbert rd and Germann is DISGUSTING. The Branch Manager Belinda humiliated a poor man and would not give him his money. Chase needs to explain themselves and the racist bank teller. When is two forms of identification required to cash a day labor check?
