I have been banking at this place for years always been a pleasant experience. Today I meet with Michael Scruggs, branch manager incredibly helpful, he ensured that I received all the information I needed. His expertise was evident as he patiently listened to my concerns and questions, offering clear and concise explanations every step of the way.
His compassion, professionalism, and dedication to customer service set a remarkable standard. Thank you Mr.Scruggs.

Supposedly this branch closes at 5pm but private bankers won’t help you if you’re 15min within of closing time. At least the people at the front were nice

I know this location has a lot of negative reviews but I had a great experience. Jody at the front desk help me out was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend going here.

I never had any issues with this bank at all. I read the reviews and I was confused. To balance out the force, I wanted to post several good experiences with this bank. I started banking here since 2021.Everyone is nice and always helpful. The tellers are always nice and got me what I needed every time and very fast. Just got 2 cashier's checks in less than 4 mins. Connor N is awesome to work with. He will go out of his way to help you. Jennifer N. is always there I need with my business accounts. They respond to my emails fast and get things done.

My husband died in December. Went to close out account and provided all documents on Tuesday. Thursday notified I need to have a notary done. Went to bank to sign for release of funds. Account locked out waited and made an appointment to come back Friday. Manager Michael called and said notary was not feeling good could I come in earlier which I did. Signed notary paperwork and they went to get funds. Again account locked out. Michael assured me funds would be available shortly. Ran some errands and back to bank. Again told account was locked again. Michael apologized and again assured me he would call. All this hassle for $136.00 as of now still no money. Chase Bank is the worst ever. Never deal with them

Every time i have ever come here the banker is extremely rude to me the indian lady.... she needs to definitely be fired. This has happened one too many times at this location i have never been treates so poorly at other locations. But this will be my last time i will not be back

I feel beyond petty leaving this review but I am over it and hope something changes. It literally seems like 8-9 out of 10 times that I come here to use the ATM it is broke and I can’t deposit cash or a check. Literally the biggest function aside from taking cash out and it never works. Seriously guys get a new machine or something already.

I was amazed how can a bank be rated so low. Normally I found bankers so polite, ready to help but when I visited this branch, this branch staff proved that they deserve to be rated low. If you are open till 5 then customer will come till 5 PM. If you want to go home at sharp 5.00 PM, you better change the public dealing time till 4.45 PM and go home happy.We want to go home at 5.00 PM and want to advertise public dealing time till 5.00 PM, that’s childish and people do have the right to come in by 16:59.59.

Drive through atm seems to be down 90% of the time..... worst chase location11/30/21 Again ur drive through atm is down. Worst location ever 0 stars if possible

Never once have had issues with this branch and ive been going here 5 years. You will always get one off experiences with one bad teller, its just the reality of any business. One bad experience doesn't vilify an entire branch though. A of these stories though seem to be missing a lot of detail almost like they just didnt like what they were told not that they werent helped.There is a difference
