I have been sitting in the drive through line for 25 min and counting. Green arrow on, one car ahead of me when I pulled in. No interaction from bank staff as of yet but check and id has already been sent so I am stuck waiting with no response after pushing the call button twice.

Without fail, I find myself at this branch five days a week for business cash transactions, only to face the same persistent problem almost every day. The lines stretch to 45 minutes or more due to chronic understaffing and frequent call-outs. Despite this being a recurring issue for the past four months, there's been no visible effort to remedy it by hiring and training additional staff. Save yourself the frustration and opt for a Chase branch further away.

There is regularly 1 teller working and constantly long lines. I typically will drive multiple extra miles to avoid this bank like it's the plague but today I didn't have the option. I wish I had, as I waited nearly 15 minutes in line because they have 1 teller and are having "equipment issues."

Very lousy staff, Cole Garza. I went to the bank to open a checking account. He advised that they can’t open an account for me. I went to another branch and they open the account for me easily. He is just wanna a loser employee who doesn’t even want to do his job.

Extremely frustrated to the point to where my husband has decided to leave this bank, this was his last straw. There was not one customer in there when we went in. There were 1 branch manager and 3 other employees working. My husband wanted to add me onto his account,I bank with a credit union in a different state and its hard to do certain things because there are no branches in AZ, so we wanted something we can go into out here. We were greeted, than told it would be a 10 minute wait and she looked at our toddler who was calm eating his snack being held in my arms and told we can leave and come back and we said no it's fine well wait. Again we were told we can run an errand and and come back since we have our child with us. We said no it's okay, we will wait. We sat down and after a few minutes we didn't feel comfortable with how everything was just communicated and the looks we recieved although our toddler once again was calm with us and still seeing no one else in the branch and not being helped we decided to leave and ultimately decided that this was the last straw with Chase after about 15 years my husband has decided to leave Chase. I can now see why this branch has 2.8 stars!!!!!!

Worst service I’ve got in public in a long time. No one knew what they were doing, the women were rude and hid the branch manager from me when I wanted to talk to a supervisor. Shut this brand down and let all the employees go.

I am sending this message on behalf of Keith Jennings for an employee of Chase Bank. I want to say thank you to Jacqueline Hernandez in Chandler, Arizona at the Chase location on Alma Shcool and Warner Road. I had a flat tire and had to walk 8 blocks to Chase Bank, after conducting my business I told Jacqueline my situation and she was eager to help me and allowed me to make a call to AAA. I was able to get the help that I needed and my tire fixed and I was still able to make it to work. I want to thank Jacqueline, a real human being for going above and beyond in my time of need. I am so grateful to be a part of the Chase family.

Been baking with Chase forever!!! Past two times I've gone in I've been ignored. Then after waiting over ten minutes they were not able to notarize for me and told me I had to wait in-line to tell me when there would be some one available. Poor customer service!! Decided after this experience to move everything over to my Navy Federal account.

Chase really needs to tell their employees to stop asking customers where they get their money from. They ask me EVEY SINGLE TIME in front of other customers as if we were friends. Definitely will be switching banks due to this. I’ll take my money elsewhere where staff is more professional.

Worst branch I've been to. Unfortunately it's on my way home from work so I have to try to stop here before they close. Slowest workers and understaffed. It takes at least 30 min just to wait in line
