Day program is a good place to be. However in the homes every home is different. There's some changes that should be considered. You do have staff that care about their workers and there's some that don't. I've worked here in a time where alot of people have quit and they're short staffed. Like most places it's easiest to just work and keep to yourself because if you're a strong-minded person who speaks up you'll get punished for it.
