I would highly recommend Will and his team to anyone. I had a fantastic experience with Carizona’s service center; specifically with Will. I had purchased an extended warranty for my F-150 Raptor and was able to work with Carizona to execute the work. Will was extremely responsive and informative throughout the entire process. The turnaround was quicker than anticipated and their level of service far exceeded my expectations. What further thrilled me, was an experience toward the completion of the service. Will was faced with an unforeseen obstacle and was honest, upfront and went above and beyond to remedy the situation and make me feel like a valued client. The resolution I received from Will was not something I would typically expect in this industry. I would highly recommend Will at Carizona to everyone!

These guys are scammers. stay away. I went in to buy a high end car, it had issues they would not address. they change the price on me twice and should not be authorized to sell cars in the valley.
The owner is like the wizard of OZ stands behind a curtain scamming people.

I am a 15 year old, almost 16, and the manager (who I unfortunately did not catch the name of) and the sales associate (Jacob) did literally everything in there power to lower the price as much as possible for me. I have been working for months to have enough money to afford this car that I have had my eye on for a long time. They genuinely were so amazing and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality used cars :)
Update: I’m now 16 and have been driving this car for months. If I ever need to buy another car this is 100000% the place I’m going

My experience at Carizona was better than 5 stars. Their customer service is top notch and everyone is so willing to answer questions, find solutions and they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of from the moment you arrive. They provided such great customer care and proved to be so much more honest and fair than two other places I went. If you are looking for great customer service and care at a fair and honest price, this is the place to go!

Shady. I could have looked all the cars up myself online. The parking lot is jammed and no vehicles can move. There are no sticker prices on said dust crammed up vehicles. They request you go inside to filter the internet and a very less than air conditioned “show” room ?

Letting everyone know right now DO NOT DO NOT get a car from here! Came in looking for a car after mine was totaled and I got my total loss check so needed a car ASAP! I was very transparent about this to my salesman. Was greeted my salesman Jordan who ended up selling me a 2011 dodge avenger we noticed the ac wasn’t working properly (not a big deal everything else seemed fine) so we came to agreement they would fix it next day and we would pickup so we put the deposit down to hold it
Tomorrow comes and I get a call from Jordan who tells me while they were fixing the AC they noticed a part that needed to be replaced and it would take a week to get it in and a couple of days to install it. He offered me to wait or find a new car at their dealership. I wasn’t interested in anything else and couldn’t wait two weeks so I told him that and said I would pick up my deposit.
After days of communicating with Jordan about when I would be by to pick up my deposit and him being in agreement I get there and Jordan calls his boss who explains I can’t get my deposit back and I would need to speak with the general manager also try’s to still sell me a car even though I told Jordan I found a car and wasn’t looking anymore even if I was I would have not bought from the dealership
Went to speak with the general manger who had a bad entitled attitude and wasn’t giving me my money back even though they were completely in the wrong for trying to sell me a car that needed parts when I told them I was looking for something quick.
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAUGE. DO NOT WORK WITH JORDAN WHAT A HORRIBLE SALESMAN I TRIED TO GIVE THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT BUT AFTER HE MADE ME COME ALL THE WAY DOWN TO SHOVE ANOTHER CAR THAT DOES NOT WORK DOWN MY THROAT AND TELL ME I COULDNT GET MY DEPOSIT BACK

Carizona is the spot. From sales to service department they got your back. I highly recommend them. They’ll take care of you. I brought my car in because of overheating and I was already stressed out. Homie at the service department was like “don’t stress bro we got your back and damn sure he meant it. Thank you Carizona. Thank you service department for handling business. I appreciate everything.

Came from out of town to check out a vehicle. Joshua and Robert were extremely helpful in checking out the vehicle. Even though a deal wasn’t made they were transparent with all inquiries on the vehicle. Worth checking out for sure.

Shady people.
Horrible communication.
They will find a way to screw you over.
Sales man Suna is full of it. General manager is also full of it.
Ended up paying 16k for a car that was listed at 11,700.
Don’t make the mistake I made.
Go somewhere that has a reputation.

Do not go here. Bought a car but it had been improperly repaired and AC failed within a month, requiring me to sell the car since I couldn’t afford the repair
