“We have a wheelchair lift equipped RV. United Access installed the Q-Straint wheelchair lock in the front passenger position for my wheelchair. Works great, never had a problem.
We DID have a problem with the wheelchair lift that had been installed by the Winnebago factory in 2008 when the RV was new, we've only had it for a couple years.
We managed to get the lift working before our appointment, but the automatically opening lift door was acting up.
Our technician John worked on the door all day until it was opening and closing perfectly, something it has never done the whole time we've owned it. It took finesse and knowledge and a work ethic to do the job better than I had any right to expect. And, since the RV is so big, he did it out in the blazing Arizona summer sun.
We couldn't be happier with John's work and Scott's willingness to have him working on a weird project for us.
If you are looking to purchase a vehicle with accessibility improvements, and then want it serviced, United Access is where you should go.”

Also helped me when I accidentally put their keys in the uhual key box drop overnight(next door)... instead of their drop box. Thank you guys for going the extra mile and getting the keys!! “I got my tailwheel, complex, and high performance endorsements here and am working on my instrument rating. CFI and airplane availability is no worse than anywhere else (which is to say terrible, but that's just the state of general aviation for the past 10 years). When I've found questionable items during preflight, maintenance crew is on them immediately. Some instructors are more brusque than others, again, just like everywhere else. About my only gripe is that the tailwheel endorsement is a fixed 10 lessons/flights regardless of ability, more like a part 141 op than 61, and that the PA-18s are almost never available for $200 burger runs.”
