So appreciative of the easy process it was working with yall! You went above and beyond and everyone was very friendly and informative. The car looked practically brand new. They made working with insurance a breeze, and I was communicated to every step of the way. Wendy in the front office is an absolute sweeetheart! Derrick was really informative and went above and beyond during the process with my car. Very pleased!

I loved the whole experience. They looked at my truck and went above and beyond of my expectations, and even showed me some parts of my truck that were broken without me even knowing 10/10. I would definitely come back here for any amotive repair work. And I encourage anyone to come down here because these guys are amazing!

Derek and the team were super helpful when I stumbled in today dealing with a loose undercover deflector that was dragging. Super quick, knowledgeable and friendly service. I’ve never had a bad experience with Calliber and can’t recommend them or this location enough. Thank you guys for saving the day!

I don’t typically leave google reviews, but I had a really great experience at this Caliber Collision. They did a great job repairing my car (which is the most important part), but what left me more impressed was their customer service. Their team did more than the bear minimum for service and helped me make sure everything was set up with a rental car and insurance company. They were all very sweet and on top of everything as well!

Went in to have my car repaired when someone hit it in a parking lot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The process was smooth and fast. I was worried about the paint looking “off” and it turned out amazing! Thank you to everyone at this location for the amazing service! My car looks better than it did before the accident. Wendy, Derek & their manager have wonderful customer service. Wendy was so helpful each time I called in and had excellent customer service in person as well, she was so sweet and handled the phone calls with the rental car company. Derek kept me updated on my vehicle periodically throughout the entire time it was being repaired. I forget the managers name but he was also great to work with.

Everyone at this location has been a huge help to me.
This was my first time dealing with a car going into a body shop and I was very nervous and had no idea on how or what the process was. I was met with fantastic customer service from everyone and they went above and beyond to explain the process in extremely simple terms so it was easy to understand. The same day Rich called me and informed me the car could be a total loss and further explained what that meant as well as the process so I was able to communicate that information to my insurance company which sped up the process quickly. This location also helped me with getting my insurance company to kick it into high gear to get this solved quickly by calling the insurance company with me. Usually when it comes to reviews you tend to see only one employee becoming the "MVP" but EVERYONE went above and beyond for me. I would easily recommend this location for everyone ESPECIALLY first timers. As I told the location I hope I don't come back but if I have to they will always be my first pick and will be more than glad to give them the business they deserve.
Thank you caliber collision for the fantastic experience and help, and thank you for going out of your way to make sure I was confident and comfortable with the process.
