I love Brighton BUT, my experience here was terrible. There's selling and then there is pushy. Too much. My sales person, let's call her "Ginger", wouldn't stop pushing for a sale or trying to upsell. Enough already, I would have bought from here because Brighton has great items, but thanks to the over the top pushy-ness I left and won't be back. You've lost a customer, at least at this location.

Unfortunately had a unpleasant experience with the manager. Beyond rude. Customer service is definitely not something she has. That being said, I am surprised she is a manager. Nice jewelry overall. Will shop online or when she is not working.

Unprofessional staff. I have visited this store once previously, to buy several charms for my bracelet, and that visit was "ok."When I went into this store this last Saturday, I stood waiting for five minutes while employees tinkered around the store, and ignored me. Needless to say, I won't be back.
