if you select the 49.95 oil change you will pay approx 75 usd....
caveat emptor.....also appointment times don't mean anything...they said they operate like a Doctor's office...we all know how much we like that system....it is now in the car service industry

My son took his car to this brake Masters with the coupon they sent him. it says 49.95 for the full synthetic oil change. He made an appointment ahead of time. When he got there, he showed them the coupon and they said OK. It’ll be ready about an hour and a half when he came to pick up the car and close the bill first they tried to sell him some kind of injector service because they said he was having trouble with the fuel injectors. Which was not true there’s nothing wrong with the fuel injectors. Then after he told them leave it alone it’s still under warranty. They gave him a final bill of 69 dollars and change almost 70 dollars. He asked why it wasn’t 49.95 and they gave him some nonsense about because it’s a Subaru. That it needed special oil! Synthetic oil is Synthetic nothing says they need any different oil! Why didn’t they mention it when he dropped it off and gave them the coupon? I think this is a dirty business practice to take advantage of someone who isn’t savvy on automobile maintenance. I asked him if he thought it was a mistake and he said no this is his third time bringing it to a Brake masters and they all pulled the same thing. I would not recommend using them!

Great customer service. My son had his car towed to this location. We live in Tempe and was the closest Brake Master to take it to. We were not sure what was wrong and worried about the cost. The manager went over the problem and gave us a great price. He also recommended we get new tires in the back. Didn’t realize they were that bad. They had it ready the next day and it was affordable! Thank you!

Me and my friend went to get my car checked out because the AC was broken and they fixed it and the price for getting it fixed was so cheap and they fixed it really quick

This is my new favorite shop! It is really hard to find a place with people you can trust, and this is that place. Greg explained the whole process to me and didn’t try to sell me on stuff I didn’t need. I’ll definitely be back.

Brake Masters was great! Greg was super helpful. Was there with a friend who was getting her car looked at and while there he was able to get my car in for an oil change and alignment. Very efficient and quick! Great customer service.

These guys are great! Brought my car in for a coolant leak in the afternoon and they finished with it before the end of the day...and even waited for me a few minutes after their closing time since I had to get a ride to get to them. Very friendly staff.

Husband took my van in for an oil change and a check engine light. We got the oil change and nothing else was checked drove out with my check engine light on still. Used a coupon which specified multi point inspection, inspect and fill under hood fluids & tire rotation. None of which we received. Guess we will stick with the Maricopa location.
