If you have the option to go to another location please do! Every single time I go to this location I’ve had a horrible experience! To start the shop it’s self is so small and everything is crammed together with barely any walking room. You have mixed interactions with the employees, for example I asked a worker regarding price matching the online web page since I know I have done that before(I am aware that it has recently changed policy that they no longer do that with certain deals) so that is why I wanted to ask for clarification. The manager then sprinted across the store cutting off the employee that I was asking, she did not need to treat her employee like that, very unprofessional. I work in the mall and stop by very often, as well as order from BoxLunch online regularly and shop in store once if not twice a week at the Superstition Springs location! I have never experienced such horrible customer service like I have at the Chandler Mall BoxLunch! Save time and order online, don’t even bother going into this location!

One of my favorite stores at the mall! I love their selection of international candies and chips. So many cool flavors! They have hoodies and pjs there too; great for when you want to pick up some loungewear. Very clean and well-organized, and the store is easy to walk around. Accessible entrance and accessible parking mall-front.

Good service at this location . I came looking for a few different items. Unfortunately they didn’t have what I was originally looking for, but I was able to find a cute purse. The location was clean. Prices are a bit steep but just look for the sales.

I wanted to give a 5 Star Review to employee Victoria ☺️. I didn't even buy anything in the store. I was just in window shopping and Victoria was so sweet and friendly to me that she made a very positive atmosphere just being in the store. She offered to helpful and provided excellent customer service. Please make sure she sees this review.

I absolutely love coming to Box Lunch at Chandler Mall. Lexie and Victoria are always so helpful. Lexie helped me order my Ghost Stitch bag online. Thank you so much and keep up the Excellent service.

Honda and Serina were seriously so kind and helpful! Definitely the friendliest staff that I’ve ever encountered at a store. I always love going into BoxLunch for all the cute little things they have, but now I especially look forward to going back to this location thanks to the amazing service I received!
