“I just bought a car and it was the easiest car buying experience I ever had. I'm old and have bought a lot of vehicles and I was in for a fight. I brought in all my paperwork and ready to fight to use my financial institution and refuse 3rd party warranties but no I didn't need any of it. They actually heard what I said. Brian in fleet had the right car ready. I said no extended warranty and said I wanted to use my bank. Shelby in finance had everything set up for me and all I did was sign. No pressure. I can go back and get the extended warranty, we'll see. They use Toyota so if I need it. I'll go back. I have never gone back to the same dealer for a car and have lived in the valley my whole life but I'll try Big Two again and despite the reviews I'll try the service department.”
