Went in to open a US account so I could transfer funds from my BMO US dollar account in Canada to my new BMO Harris account as needed. Michael Dean and Manager Charmaine were very professional and friendly. Great experience.

I came here to do one simple thing: cash a check and then have it deposited into my checking account so that it would be available immediately. The lady working the drive thru took extremely long to process this simple request and then ultimately told me that the funds wouldn't be available until midnight because I didn't have the funds in my account to cover it. Huh??? Why would my balance have anything to do with cashing a check? I regularily receive checks and this has never been an issue at any other location before. This made no sense at all and was a complete waste of my time. I could have just used the app if I wanted to wait for my check to clear. The staff at this location is incompetent and slow.

We went to the bank to find out about a Home Equity line of credit. Miro gave us all the information and opened an account for us. We are in the process of applying for the Line of credit. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Miro is very helpful and very knowledgeable as well as very friendly. I would recommend this bank to all my friends.
