I went to Tri to have my 32 year old wedding art redone. I had some ideas & Tri was very helpful & accommodating in the design process. I love my new rings, in which I was able to incorporate all of the diamonds & gold from thw original set. I appreciate how he went above & beyond to customize the rings to my specifications. Thank you Tri! I will enjoy wearing my updated wedding set for another 30 years!

We've been in several times for different reasons and have had an amazing experience every single time! We've had our jewelry cleaned, we've purchased jewelry, we've had jewelry appraised, we've had jewelry fixed, and we've sold jewelry.Every single experience has been just as amazing as the next! I went in never having been to this store before. I was looking to get my wedding rings redesigned for my anniversary. I showed Billie some pictures and told him some ideas I had wanted to incorporate. One week later I went in to view and approved the digital and wax design, it was just as I had hoped. Then just less than a week later my jewelry was ready. I was speechless with how beautiful it turned out. I was so very pleased with my new wedding ring set. I will definitely be a return customer.

We brought my wife's wedding ring in for a simple sizing and wedding band fusion. During the repair, our diamond was chipped. Not only did he lie about chipping the diamond, he continued to insult me and disown the mistake. After multiple back and forth conversations, Billie finally owned up to the chip and replaced the diamond. This was a very lengthy process and every time I unfortunately had to engage with him he continued to be extremely rude & unprofessional. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I pray no one has the misfortune of dealing with this place.

I didn’t go in and BUY anything but I went in with some scuffed up rings and we had a good chat about how to polish them up a little to get them off (and what certain treatments could do to avoid damaging them) and then they cleaned my rings for free!! I love places that help me care for my jewelry without pricing me for it. Would definitely come back for other things.

I had Billie resize my promise ring and he also suggested I re-rhodium plate it and smooth the prongs so they weren't so snaggy and he did a wonderful job!! The ring is gorgeous and much smoother on top as well as sized perfectly. Here are photos of my ring before and after, thank you Billie!

Truong is an amazing man. Small mom and pops shop. I've had a ring resized and a diamond set. Quick turnaround and very honest. Love him and hope to do future projects.
