Had a great buying experience, was in the market for a Tundra and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. Brian Erickson reached out with inventory I would like and I was there in 15 minutes and bought a Tundra I love seamlessly! They even delivered the truck to my shop as I drove my own car there. Highly recommend Brian and any one of the great staff at Big Two Toyota. Thank you guys !

The last two visits were very unpleasant.Roberta said I would not be charged a diagnostic so I got my truck fixed then she charged the diagnostic. Her reason/remedy for that was will take off the charge on the next visit. This was very disturbing.Recent visit I was charged for a catalytic converter this did not fix the problem and they would not give me my old part. There excuse for that was and I quote that is an emission recycling. If I paid 50,000 for the truck all the parts on it are mine. I have been calling the manager for days leaving messages politely. Still no response.Toyota is a great vehicle made inMexico.I will never use the dealer shop mechanics again. They will take your money with no remorse wether your vehicle is fixed or not

I absolutely cannot stand dealerships and after the experience I had at camelback Toyota I was dreading going shopping again for my wife’s vehicle. With that being said I want to personally thank GC and Luke at Big Two for changing my outlook on what a dealership experience can and should be. These guys were friendly, efficient, and transparent. None of the back and forth stuff you normally expect. After test driving two vehicles they asked what I’m going for price wise and we had a short conversation about numbers and trade ins before they told me they can put something together. The next day we left with a fully loaded Highlander! Our trade in situation was difficult with multiple cars and negative equity and they made everything work at a price I could afford. They even made sure we were fed while we waited for paperwork and supplied us with a bag full of branded merchandise! I can’t thank these guys enough for making our experience pleasant and worthwhile. If you’re shopping for a vehicle I wholeheartedly recommend Big Two Toyota!

While Dylan (Service Agent) was great… he even mentioned that although I did have an appointment… he mentioned that the time to replace a back light would be based on tech availability.I thought since it was scheduled three days prior and I even made sure the parts department had the required parts, there would be someone scheduled at my service time to work on my car. Little did I know that wasn’t the case.So, over three hours later the part was finally installed. I thought a three hour wait and a bill over $400.00 would result in a car wash… that didn’t happen.While the disappointment was sort of expected, I had hoped that this might be the time they met expectations- I would never expect them to exceed them.Luckily, Gilbert has a Firestone at Gilbert Road and Guadalupe that always exceeds expectations and service fees are way less than dealerships.Sidebar, the part that would have cost me if I purchased it from the parts department for $269 was billed on the invoice at $289–I guess there was a $20 fee to take the light from the parts department to the service bay.So word to the wise… make an appointment but go when the open to drop off your car. That way you won’t be as disappointed as if you waited for it in the lounge. A good benefit is there is free coffee and water while you wait.

Had a great customer experience working with Roberto when looking at a CPO car on their lot. Roberto is super friendly and I felt wholly comfortable when interacting with him. I did not end up purchasing but the price offer process at Big Two is straight forward and reasonable.

An appointment with the service dept does not mean that's when your car will be serviced. It means that's when you get in line for service availability. After having an appt set, my service rep didn't know why I was there or if the part was even in yet (he explained he needed to confirm it was actually there-it took him 45 min to find out). I asked if all service is handled like this, even oil changes, and was told yes because they have more cars to work on now with less techs. After 2.5 hrs I got my car back and it wasn't washed. I've never been here before, only went since my new car was purchased there and a part had to be replaced. I'm going to try another Toyota dealership in the future. I don't consider this good customer service.

I took my car in for an oil change here 5 years ago. Waited there 3 1/2 hours even though I had an appointment. When it was done, the service rep showed a list of $4,000 in repairs needed on the car even though it was running fine. The car was a 2007 model, so $4,000 felt like a lot of money to be spending on an old car. I asked the service rep which repair items were the highest priority. He said ‘all of them’, and then looked like he was in a rush to do something else. I told him thanks and I’d think about it. 5 years later, my 2007 car is still running fine despite those ‘high priority’ items I ignored. I’ve never been back to Big 2 and will never be back again. I just get my regular oil changes at a trusted local mechanic and everything has been going smoothly.

BUY HERE! I had an excellent car buying experience with Jim Testa at Big Two Toyota. I online chatted about being interested in Rav4s and set up a time to test drive. I was promptly greeted by Jim and the car was immediately available to test drive it. While test driving, Jim shared his expansive knowledge about the functions and features and answered any possible questions I could come up with. After test driving, I was there for a while since I was exploring several options and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision right then and there. Jim made sure I was always hydrated and not hungry since he offers snacks and meal comps at their in house cafe. I thought the cafe was such a nice touch since I was there during dinner time right after work. They had a nice assortment of subs/salads, came with a side of chips and a full size drink. I didn’t catch their name, but the finance man I worked with was very proficient and answered any questions I had along the way as well. After finishing up the signing, Jim presented a swag bag full of goodies for myself and my boyfriend to enjoy. He also made sure to help go over features/set them up prior to leaving the lot. This Toyota location earns their customers by going above and beyond normal expectations. Thanks again Jim Testa for getting me into my Rav4!

Update Oct 2023: reduced ftom 5-star to 3-star to reflect the poor quality of service since the pandemic. Before the pandemic, car wash was expected with most services. Since 2021, the car wash is often broken or they don't automatically add car wash. Hope this trend moves favorably back to having car wash for every service without the need to ask.Older 5-star review below:Wow! Though I waited 3 hours, as-is expected on a holiday weekend, I was treated with #bobbyqmesa for lunch. Thank you so much for the hospitality! Glad I decided to stay and work from the workstation than to work from home. Happy toyota customer since 2006.

I had a routing service appt that was quoted to be a 2 hour timeframe. 3.5 hours went by and no one had communicated with me in regards to the status of my car. After about 20 minutes of trying to locate the advisor, I was told that my car has been just sitting in the shop to have the break pads changed and that it would be a few more hours. I ended up leaving incredibly frustrated as I did not have 5+ hours to have my car serviced. I felt that it was very unprofessional that not one person could let me know that the timeframe was extended as they just assumed I could continue to wait. If someone reached out to me, I would have been happy to have rescheduled for a different time to have my breaks serviced, however, I lost my entire day because communication wasn't deemed as necessary on their part.I already made a service for the break pads at a different location as I won't be coming back here. Please work on your communication as this was an incredibly unprofessional experience.

Worst experience ever of servicing a Toyota vehicle. Had an appointment for 10:20am. No advisor showed up even after 30min past appointment time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this service center coz they don't care about customer time and experience.

My husband and I just purchased a new Corolla hybrid for a commuter car. Daniel M was our sales person, and we were exceptionally pleased by his knowledge, helpfulness and patience with our many questions, as this is our first hybrid car. The gentleman from finance was also extremely helpful, darn it, I do not remember his name. This is our first experience with Big Two-very pleased! I will update the review after I’ve had my first experience with their service department.

An unprofessional person answered the phone with a "What do you want" attitude. No one will ever get my business that way. Maybe don't let your mechanics answer the phone when they're busy trying to fix cars?Instead, I scheduled the brake job with Earnhardt. Unimpressed,JohnG

Ask for Dylan Morrison! Great communication and follow up is critical when car shopping; Dylan excels in both. I've talked to 7 dealers, and he's been one of the absolute BEST! Very detailed, straight forward, and honest. We need more sales people like him in this world!
