Joel and his team are great to work with. I had a wonderful experience working with them to get my mortgage set up for my new home. They all communicated well, always making sure I understood where we were in the process, what was needed and why. Every time I sent in documentation or questions, I had a reply right away! Honestly, setting up my mortgage with Bell Bank and Joel's team was the easiest part of buying a home!

Joel and team were not only very easy to work with, but consistently made time for any questions or concerns we had throughout the process. He was willing to work through our contingencies and information gathering and laid out all the information we needed to make the best decision for ourselves.We ended up getting very competitive rates and closed very quickly. Joel is an absolute professional, and Bell Bank and his team made our loan process seamless and very easy to understand. This was my 4th mortgage loan with Joel and Bell Bank across 3 properties over the last 12 years and it has been excellent every time. As such I referred many friends and family to Joel and Bell Bank and they have also had very positive experiences. While I can't speak to individuals credit or financial situations that will determine their loan, I will say that in our recent refinance loan our fixed interest rate was almost 2 points lower than the posted national average.
