Richie at the Elliot and Dobson store provided excellent support locating batteries for 2 different laptops. Then helped get a laptop running properly after installing a new battery.

Associates were very helpful in diagnosing a faulty battery and getting us replaced and on the road in about 15 minutes, huge help on such a blistering day. Huge shoutout to the guy who replaced it for us, we would have been stranded.

I had a very disappointing experience with [batteries plus ]. I purchased a battery that failed within the warranty period but the shop refused to replace it despite the warranty clearly covering the issue. Even the battery has FULL warranty until 7/6/2027 manger refuses to exchange!!!!!! …The customer service was extremely
unhelpful and unprofessional. I strongly advise against dealing with this shop, as they do not honor their warranties and provide terrible service. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Joseph and Zack are outSTANDING people. They’re great at their jobs, kind, respectful and knowledgeable. I could tell they wanted what was best for me in a bad predicament and so they did all they could and more to help me. Highly recommend for your phone repairs. Very honest. Thanks guys. Friendly customer service reps, good prices and a great selection. They had a random battery for a watch that I could not find anywhere. I tried 4 other places but should have just came here first.
