This bath&body is located at the Casa Paloma shops. I had a 10 dollar gift card i got from work and wanted to put it into good use. I really don't go here very often but i do like the foam wash and they are on sale for $3.95 and with my Gcard the total was $7.03. The lady at the cashier was nice and not overbearing like some of the typical bath and body stores. I didn't catch her name but she has a nice red manicure is what I remember. i added a pic of my small haul today 4 foam hand soaps.

This is the rudest BBW Ive ever been in. Like i feel like crap EVERY time i leave there. They either treat me like I'm stealing or and just plain rude. The representative that helped me today with my return kept saying that nothing was BBW fault. They dont give shipping labels in boxes anymore. My order was showing as not delivered on my digital receipt but i clearly had the merch and was returning the box unopened. She kept saying it wasn't their fault. I wasn't blaming anyone but could we just do the return and move on? When we FINALLY got the return issued she told me "if you don't get the money moving forward call customer care. There's nothing we can do." I can assure you I wasn't rude or difficult. I just wanted to finish and get home. Funny though that when i come with my husband they are super welcoming to him... i will NEVER EVER shop in this store again. I work close by and will make sure to tell my office mates as well.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this store until my last visit. The ladies at the entrance were very helpful and friendly which I appreciate, but when I went to checkout, I was greeted with such an attitude by Vicky, who I assume is the store manager. She made me feel like I was the biggest inconvenience with her passive aggression. She rolled her eyes, sighed and threw all of my soaps into the bag in a messy pile that I had to sort through when I got to the car. She was also being overtly rude to her coworkers on the radio, barking orders at them to organize the shelves, and rudely correcting one of them when she asked for clarification. I entirely understand having a bad day, and don’t expect the world from employees in customer service, but what I experienced there was so far detached from how you should treat anybody, let alone paying customers. I’ll definitely add another 15 minutes to my drive and go to another location that doesn’t berate me when I walk in the door.

The sales agent, Vicki was rude and condescending. She did not have a clear understanding of the exchange policy, but she refused to exchange my products for another scent. The bottles were completely full and never used. She said the price had gone up. She didn't offer another solution such as me paying the difference in the cost. Instead this location has lost a customer. I have never been treated so badly at other locations and have always been able to exchange my products. I do a lot of online shipping and am not sure how the scent will be for lotions and body washes. Website states they want their customers to be 100 percent satisfied. Needlessly to say I am not 100 percent satisfied with the lack of customer service I received!! Stay away from this location. They don't care about loosing a customer.

I was so excited to go to this location for the first time I typically go to the one in Scottsdale fashion Square. I love the store the women up front who greets you as you come in was delightful and very helpful, I had some items to exchange since I got the wrong item I just wanted to exchange also, had some items I received as a gift that was just not my scent. So I picked my items and went to register. Waited in line for about 15 minutes while 2 women assisted a woman who could not decide what items her and her sons wanted. She said "Sorry" I said it's okay. But she was talking to the girl who was running back and forth helping her find the right stuff for her. In the meantime, the other cashier was just walking back and forth I was wondering when she was going to open a register to help me finally after the cashier assisting the other woman acknowledge me she opened a register. I advised her I had a bag up here already for exchange. She asked if I had a receipt I said no it was a gift and that I only wanted to exchange one item since I got the body wash instead of the lotion, she said you can only get credit with no receipt I said that is fine. She started to ring up my items then do the exchange items and again stated there is no receipt I again said no. She again stated you can only get credit I said I understand and that it will go towards my purchase correct she said yes. I was not sure why she repeated it. but, I wanted her to know I completely understood. So, my 5 items came out to a credit of $15.75? I was puzzled. She said Well, they were all clearance last week at 75% off I stated I just bought the body wash and soap 2 days ago at regular price. She said without a receipt she has to give the lowest price current price. I said wait you just said last week. I just took the credit and bought my items and left since I was so irritated and had to get out of there before I lost it. I will never got back to this location ever again but super Kudos to the girl who works up front she is amazing and the women at the register with the attitude lost me and my office and daughters as customers! I apologize for the long rant but, nowadays Customer Service goes a long way!

They deny returns for things that haven't been used and they racially profile their customers. Black people always get followed and stared at here.

In and out!!! I had to exchange and return which the process was quick! Due to allergies from the different mixtures of scents, I made it a point to go straight to what I needed (which were Auto freshener holders and the canteens that go into them). The cashier was nice and friendly. I didn't know that you could return items even after using the product, if you don't like the scents, as long as, you have the receipt. I returned items that were untouched and unopened but this was good to pass on, after the cashier told me this information when she noticed that my returns were still new and unopened. Honestly, I never return items if I don't like it but instead I donate it or would rather save it for a gift to someone with a birthday or special event. No judgement if you do return. Returning items was an exception for me this time, since I honestly had a impulsive shopping issue and forced myself to go outside of my comfort zone to return and swap. Fyi: There's plenty of parking on site. Store is in a great location which, I didn't even realize was here up until recently, when I was at a nearby establishment and I'm in this area often, so I'm surprised that I never noticed it before. Sheesh I recommend shopping here if you're into body sprays vs perfume and/ or if you're into car fresheners. Btw.... they have super long receipt paper. This has to be half of a tree being used. JS

Today I went to use my birthday certificate at this store. I was not greeted nor helped by any of the representatives that were on the floor. But 2 white women that came in after me were greeted and asked do you need help in finding something. Now I'm a professional black woman big on customer care and support because that's all I do as a nurse. But when I'm ignored when I planned on spending more than my gift of $8.50 for my personal use and I took time to come into a store which I normally just do my shopping online. This kind of service makes me never want to patronize this establishment online or in the stores. And I didn't I left my items on a counter and left - Amazon here I come.

What a great experience I had at this store today. The supervisor (I didn’t get her name) and Rachel (who helped me at the register) were incredibly helpful and kind from the moment I walked in the store. Was easily able to replace a defective candle that I had. Thanks ladies!!
