Today my wife and I and her parents went out for lunch at Barro’s Pizza in Case Grande. We ordered two medium pizza and beverages. The ticket said our order would be ready in 30 minutes. A woman came by and asked if we ordered mini pizzas and 3 of answered no, medium pizzas. After waiting 45 minutes my wife goes to inquire where our food was. Oh it’s ready and it’s brought out. Both were barely warm and I took them back to the counter, expecting them to apologize and make new pizzas. The same woman said she would warm them up. Pizzas come back out, NO HOTTER THAN when brought out to begin with. And I was told she said medium pizzas and I said no you said minis and three of us said no, medium pizzas. We asked for a refund and ate elsewhere. We enjoy Barro’s and have eaten twice at this location. Were very disappointed with us being blamed for their screw up when we told the lady no, medium pizzas when she clearly said minis. And then not offered fresh, hot pizzas but warmed up pizzas. Will rethink eating at the Promenade Barro’s next time. Four disappointed customers left there today.

Very disappointed. Received a gift card. Tried to order for delivery, as I am disabled. Was told a gift card, along with my charge card to pay for the full order was not accepted. They do not accept gift cards for delivery orders.

My wife and I just love Barro's Pizza. We just wish there was one in midtown Tucson.

I had pizza and salad at the bars and Chandler and all my school what a beautiful experience even though they're shorthanded the 2 girls went out of their way to keep every customer happy bring extra napkins and deliver the food to your table the pizza was so good and the salad was so awesome how do you go back and tell the cook or the great job you did not to change the thing this is definitely the place to get pizza if all the stores are the same as this you'll have a wonderful experience when you eat there

So thankful to Bruce for being willing to help out with a high school reunion. He was incredibly prompt and kind. A true family-run business and staple of the Valley. We will always be loyal to Barro’s.

Horrible experience!! Placed order online they continue to process in person orders and still have not completed my irder. I have waited over 45 minutes for my pizza and still nothing! The manager Armando is useless!!! I will never return here again

Barros has been a favorite of mine since childhood and the prices are awesome but not so good for people who don't eat pork or meat. The veggie pizza is ONLY available one day out the week and I believe it should be given as a lunch choice daily like pepperoni or chicken for people like me. Just a suggestion but I'd love to see this change cause cheese pizza is boring and I like pizza everyday. ❤️

Yesterday evening on June 13 I went to the Barro’s Pizza location in Casa Grande with my sister and brother-in-law. They ordered their large pizza and then I ordered a small pizza with a salad. As we sat there for quite a while I thought it would be nice if I had my salad before the pizza. So, I went up to the cashier and asked if my salad would be out soon. I waited for a little while again and thought I would look at my receipt. Well, she never rang up the salad and that’s why I didn’t get it.My sister and her husband received their large pizza and started eating. They were about halfway done with their’s and a family that came in after us received their two large pizzas. So, I went up to the counter and asked the girl where my pizza was and said that the party I was with we’re already halfway done with their pizza and another family that came in afterwords got theirs already. She turned and looked at me with attitude and said well it’s not our fault and turned around and walked away. Another waitress went by and I handed her my receipt and said I wanted a refund and she took the receipt and walked away without saying a word. Then the manager came out and asked if I was the one looking for a refund and of course, I said yes. He said, well your pizzas is in the window and ready right now and I told him I didn’t want it because the party I was with was finished eating already. I asked why it wasn’t delivered shortly after theirs and he said they had to remake it. If they had only come out and told me that to begin with I would not have been so angry and disappointed, but to treat me like that is unforgivable. I will never ever go there again!!!Michael

We stopped in 09/01 around 7ish to the location at Baseline and Gilbert rd the place is a pit the staff of young girls seem untrained and uninterested and when you think it couldn't get any worse you are served the worst pizza we have ever had anywhere

I have never had such a horrific pizza and roast beef italian sub in my life. I used to live in an Italian neighborhood in Boston, andNEVER EVER heard of an Italians putting mayonnaise on an italian roast beef was tasteless, as the pizza.You just lost a customer.Have fun fooling people that your company has italian roots.Do not send me any coupons.Think of this analogy.It is like serving boiled lobster with ketchup.
