Went in to close my brother’s account since he passed away . The banker was very rude and show no interest in helping after coming to the branch twice.

I went there today to open a new account. All staff were so respectful, I had no appointment but luckily they had time and took me in right away. Brian helped us out, he was very knowledgeable and respectful.

INCREDIBLY unhelpful and unprofessional. They’ll promise you to send email/help resolve your issue and then do actually NOTHING about it. I’ve had nothing but bad experience with Mr.Brian and Ms.Lena here who will promise anything and then walk it back with no professionalism.

Manager was rude and inattentive. Stood in a empty bank for 5 minutes before someone, who actually worked there even spoke to me. Very odd experience. Would not recommend, left feeling extremely uncomfortable.

I made an appointment yesterday, for 2:30 pm online for my son to open an account. There’s 3 bankers here. One is a male setting up another account for another person. I see a woman sitting at her desk on the computer and a woman walking around. I’m so irritated with all these banks in my area. There’s no water to drink. I’m beyond irritated. Absolutely terrible service so far. Very disappointed

Can someone share why the Bank of America location in Chandler Gateway is temporarily closed? I have a safety deposit box that I need to access and there was no email notification to the customers from this branch.

No excuse for having bank locations closed on a Friday with heavy foot traffic— This must addressed by a district or regional manager— No excuse is good enough—- Still no excuse for poor customer service

This is the second time I've been here this year and they had no tellers available. The amazing thing is that they can pay somebody to stand there with a tablet to tell you that they have no tellers available. One star is way too many for this branch.

My experience was bad. Arrived early for my 10am appointment, waiting in my car for the doors to open. Meanwhile, another customer walked up and waited by the door. By the time I got out of my car and walked inside after the doors opened at 10am, the customer who waited by the door was served first by the banker assigned to my appointment. I waited close to 15 minutes while this person without an appointment was helped. Checks were ordered for me at the end of my appointment, and the wrong (old) shipping address was used. The banker did not ask me to confirm the shipping address nor did he look at it, as I told him multiple times throughout the visit that I needed new checks as my address had changed a while ago and I never ordered updated checks. Only through the email confirmation did I detect this ridiculous and grave error. I frantically called the branch and customer service and after 5 or 6 calls finally got through to a human, who corrected the mistake. Quite an unpleasant and stressful way to interrupt my quiet day off work.

Where !!! Is ATM. That was in Chandler mall??? Ridiculous ??!! Can't blame that on covid!! ATM !!
