I highly recommend Baker Bros. Chandler store for a great carpet purchasing experience. Barbara Hunter was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient in helping me find the right carpet from their fantastic selection of quality flooring products. The installers were efficient and did a great job! I was also delighted with their referral to Joe Bartels' Carpet Cure tile and carpet cleaning services. I scheduled a cleaning of all the tile in our home as well as the carpeted areas that were not replaced. Again, the service was phenomenal! Such a pleasure to experience the quality and service provided by these two organizations!

Barbara at Baker Bros was fantastic to work with! She has great taste and is a great mediator of multiple opinions. We purchased all of the floor tile for our remodel project as well as fireplace tile, kitchen backsplash and the most stunning shower tile! We will make sure Barbara and Baker Bros. are our partners on the next project, she made the process easy and fun!

We had an excellent experience with Barbara and couldn't be happier with our flooring! As new homeowners, we were overwhelmed with the choices for flooring companies to work with, what type(s) of flooring to choose for our home, etc. There were so many decisions for us to make, not just for the flooring for also for several other projects. Barbara made our flooring project stress-free and enjoyable! It was one of our favorite new-house projects.
When we walked into the showroom in Chandler, Barbara greeted us with a friendly and warm demeanor. It was not pushy or 'salesy' at all. She was incredibly helpful to us, by understanding our needs and lifestyle and recommending the best type of flooring for us. We're so happy with what we chose!
The crews who installed the flooring were professional and courteous. The flooring is gorgeous and high-quality. We firmly believe we got great value by investing in quality flooring at a reasonable price that has completely elevated our home. Every time a guest comes over, they compliment the flooring, which reinforces how great a decision we made. Thank you Barbara and team! If we ever have future flooring needs, whether for this home or another, we'll certainly work with Barbara and Baker Bros again!

Barbara went out of her way to help us. She took some of her personal time to measure our house and offer recommendations for carpet. She is well informed and does a great job of checking in on a regular basis. The carpet installer was on time, hardworking, and personable. Best of all, the carpet was beautifully installed. I strongly recommend them for their professional approach.

Ordered $7K of tile on 6/29, told it would be 5 business days, called 4 days later saying it will be the 19th. I called the 18th, they didn’t know, waited till the afternoon, they still couldn’t answer, so I told them to cancel the order, they said that all sales are final, regardless of receiving product, so I called Amex and disputed. They called me and then after the fact tried to say they are going to force me to accept delivery, I refused and confirmed with Amex which advised me to refuse deliver if attempted. Baker Bros is a horrible company who will over charge you, fail to communicate, fail to deliver, mess with your project and expect you to take all of their problems. I would avoid them at all costs. Home Depot is better.

Barbara was a rock star!! I was looking for a specific match ..had called 10 other places ..she went above and beyond ..took info ..called me back..was honest and knowledable...was easy placed order and paid online ..and have option for pick up at warehouse. ..I am beyond impressed ..Barbara listened and took time to help me ..very few care or will do this I am living proof ..had 100 contractors in my house last 8 years...I will be dling my bathroom floor and walls next year ..I am smiling I already know who I will go to..Barbara my heartfelt thanks to you..I pray your boss sees this and recognizes and rewards your amazing outstanding customer service to me..you are so deserving..I will recommend you to all in future..THANK YOU

I needed carpet replaced in a bedroom and had another company do the measurements. When I went to purchase the carpet, I found out that it would take 4 to 6 weeks for them to get it from the manufacturer. I couldn’t wait that long and contacted Baker Bros and worked with Barbara Hunter. She came to do the measurements herself the same evening and followed up to make sure the carpet was in stock, and that it got on the truck. We were able to get our carpet installed in less than a week. If you have flooring needs and want amazing customer service, quality flooring, and fast install, I highly recommend Baker Bros and Barbara Hunter.

Barbara was great to work with from the moment I walked in the door! Multiple samples that I took home to decide on the right carpet and discussing with her was so helpful! Our installation was done after we left AZ for the season last spring. When we walked in this winter, we were thrilled with our choice. Even with our absence, we found our home in perfect order. I highly recommend this company!!!!
