I went in on 07/07/2022 to get my fingerprints done for my RN license. The owner was there and did my fingerprints. I took my nclex on 08/15 and saw my fingerprints were still pending. I call the AZBON and looked on Gemalto only to find out HE NEVER SUBMITTED THEM on 07/07!This has now delayed me 30 days of employment as my license will not be issued until its resulted.The reason why i know its the owner is because that day he said he was and that he was angry that his staff closed early without permission the day prior.Im furious at this place! How can he own a place he cannot operate!AZC owner, thank you for holding up my career life! No excuses why you couldn’t complete a simple job!

I had an appointment scheduled at this business for a fingerprinting. They did not let Fieldprint they would be closed. In fact, they previously had a closure reported to Fieldprint through November 6 but when I showed up two days later they were still closed and field print was not made aware of the extension. I do not recommend using this business as I was already operating on a very tight time frame and this caused me to need to reschedule which put me out another day for my fingerprints. The employee blamed fieldprint when I asked why I wasn't notified of their closure.

needed fingerprinting. walked into the office and no one is wearing a mask. the staff were rude. I would not return to this business.

I don't think people should be asked to remove their mask to identify themselves when your workers aren't wearing one themselves. Your employee (I hope management reads this) employee didn't even santize the fingerprinting scanner. This made me very uncomfortable as I am immune compromised.
