I took my vehicle there to have a diagnostic run. They gave me a quote.
They offered to apply whatever I spent on my diagnostic towards my next service,Ok cool. Noted.
But I need a second opinion because it's a habit of mine.
The other place looked at their diagnosis,then offered the exact same service for $500 less than AZ auto air.
That kinda made me laugh but they did their own diagnostic.
After their inspection they told me I didn't truly need the service.
Long story short my AC works perfectly WITHOUT an almost $2000.00 service.
AZ auto air also sent me numerous texts and emails trying to get me to write a review for them. They called me many times and tried to talk me into setting up appointments to come in after I already said I wasn't interested in bringing my vehicle in.
Today (three or so months later) they emailed me a Carfax report. They're like an ex boyfriend that can't let the past go ?
JK but seriously folks just get a second opinion for your own piece of mind and don't let anyone pressure you into anything.
You're not obligated to do anything you don't want. You pay for their time and energy, they aren't your friend.

I have just purchased an older car that originally came with an R12 system b ut was blowing warm air. I called about getting it converted to an R134A system and Jon could not have been nicer on the phone. He said come in any day before 3 and they'd take care of me for a reasonable price. After arriving and having the tech check out the car, I was advised that it HAD already been converted and all it needed was a recharge! I was out within an hour at a great price! These guys are top notch!

Clean, friendly. I was told my AC does have problems but they don't recommend fixing it until it breaks completely. I appreciate the honesty.
