I needed a rental on short notice and needed it to get done in my lunch break. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The process was very quick. The rental was like new with no issues. Always GREAT! But this time it was very annoying because during our 600 miles drive the “Oil Change Required” kept coming on….Before leaving on our trip I called the Avis office between 12 noon - 12:30PM (I didn’t get her name but these were the hours she worked) on Ray in Chandler where I picked up the rental, she said the person who does their oil change doesn’t know how to clear it….well shoot can you employees clear it before the renters pick their rentals up….shhhhheeeesh

Did not have the car I reserved. Girl working had to call so many different Avis stores to know what to do. Computer went down. They had me have to call another number… it was a complete mess

On the 29th I had an incident, the FBI took me to prison for my father, that day I went to Avis rental a car, I needed to run home and go to work during the day, the police took me to the office to investigate, the police asked me where I rented the car, I gave clear information about where I rented the car, the police said I would call Avis and solve the car back, while I was in prison I couldn't contact you, the police said yes to call but Avis didn't pick up the phone, this is a way of working a lie, Any force anyone police must be sure to solve the material-related situation for the obvious of the victim outside, I only rent a day, the situation happens 3 days I don't return the car, Avis must be responsible for calling or sending Mail to me, I don't receive calls and Mail, Avis deliberately work lies until I get out of prison, charge $1.400 in my bank and self-consciously take a lot of money for me, that's my efforts to make, a business that has the fraud of bad people, but the person who follows me has stolen my property for years, I need the help of a fair police, solve it for me before I go to court, because this is a reputable country and honest people everyone recovers, but don't let a fraudulent individual who does not affect the United States with a reputation and clear laws

Just rented a vehicle from the Avis location in Chandler Arizona. This was the best rental experience. Car was fantastic and so was the staff.

a rip off. They charged me for an extra week when I returned the car in good enough time to not be charged which impacted my credit. Still not refunded.
