2 of the staff members on Tuesday 12/19 went out of their way to help me install my auxiliary battery. Searched the shop for the specific tools I needed and were happy to go above and beyond. Will come back to the this location for any other needs I have because of this.

I want give a big shoutout to AutoZone – these guys rock! So, my Nissan Frontier needed a new battery, and man, the service was top-notch. The guy didn’t offer to help me change my brake light bulb and I felt too bad to ask. I went to change it myself and it was shattered so I went back inside asking for some help and was trying to see if they had a tool to help me get it out. The guy laughed in my face and told me they didn’t have a tool for that. Didn’t come help me. I left in tears because he made me feel so stupid and didn’t offer solutions. I didn’t deserve to be treated this way. Guess I’m going to see if another location is nicer to me.
