I went to this AutoZone (6117) just to get wiper fluid. They were fast checking me out and a very nice wonderful man Javier put it in my car for me!! Such wonderful service. Thanks Javier!!

I arrived at Auto Zone about 630p on 03-12-24. They welcomed me. Jesse changed my battery and wiper blades with kindness and professionalism. He was super knowledgeable and kind. He said the day!!

I came to this auto-zone right after 10 mins they closed because something happened with my tires and I asked if they had any extra spares or tires and unfortunately they did not but these two employees by the name Ibrahim and Ian offered to help me and gimme solutions on what I could do they even helped me put my spare on and was gonna let me keep the car overnight there until I get if fixed. 100 percent would recommend employees really do care about you and are actually trying to help unlike other stores that just want money 100 percent gonna go back here if i need help again with anything!

Jesse and Jimbo (David) went above and beyond tonight!My car battery died very unexpectedly, with no warnings!Jimbo tested then used his own vehicle to attempt to "jump start" but nothing no power not even enough to roll the windows up or lock the car.Jesse then proceeded to (disassemble the brilliantly engineered crap installed by the manufacture that covered the cars battery that was placed precariously under the dash) placed a new battery in my car. Success! They were awesome!

Jesse saved me and my daughter! He went above any job description to make sure we were not stranded. I could never thank him enough ! Please give him a raise! He didn’t have the battery we needed but he found it at another auto zone. I arrived at the Gilbert/Chandler Heights location 1 min to closing and got the battery-although the men at that store rolled their eyes and grumbled at having to check me out right at 9pm. He also told me no way he was installing it as he was off work starting now. Made me carry the heavy battery out myself, locked the door and left us stranded in the dark parking lot. I called Jesse back to thank him for finding the battery and let him know I got it! and Jesse came to where we were stuck at the other auto zone with a dead battery and changed it !!! even tho the store had closed a few minutes prior ! On his own time! He is a hero and I’m forever grateful. We had to leave for Texas first thing the next day. Jesse is the most amazing employee and kind person. Thank you

I’ve never had bad customer service at this location or any autozone location until today. I went in to do a return since I over estimated how much coolant I would need, I had one bottle to return. The store manager, Mike told me he couldn’t look it up from my autozone account (phone number), even though I was told when I bought it they could. Then while I was speaking to this man, he answered the phone and commenced to have an entire conversation with someone about a tire run! I pointed out how rude that was and he looked at me dumbfounded. Don’t know how he could be store manager with absolutely zero customer service skills, while his name badge reads “customer satisfaction”. This customer is not satisfied, especially since as soon as I left I remembered my receipt was sent through an email. I would think the store manager could’ve offered more assistance and mentioned maybe it would’ve been an email. He simply didn’t want to help.

I asked for help on a lightbulb and asked for help to get the burnt out one from my car and the guy was a complete jerk and I went and did it myself. Horrible customer service.
