NOTICE ALL THE BAD REVEIWS ? Here's another one. The guy at RETAIL PARTS either doesnt know what he is talking about or he is lying-neither is acceptable. He quoted a crazy amount of fluid at an insanely high price as if he was just trying to get me off the phone or maybe its part the new campagne to get everyone to give up on their vehicle an buy a new one. I verified the the volume and going rate for the OEM fluids myself. and then I went online and purchased. Nissan Atonation should record calls for quality.7 quarts at $79 each ?Please.

I bought a brand new 22 Nissan Altima w turbo and it's already giving me transmission problems a year and a half later!! Also my screen is always getting stuck frozen I have to turn the car off to get it back to normal screen. I took it in yesterday morning and have been calling all morning to get the status of my vehicle and no one is answering! No one can help with the situation. If it's needs a new transmission I should be notified first before they do anything to my vehicle. They should also have rentals ready for customers who need vehicles to get back and forth from work! What's the point of buying a brand new car if its going to give me problems a year and half later??? Waste of money! I don't even want the car anymore..

I would like to say thank you for the professionalism and no pressure sales team at AutoNation Nissan Tempe. I have been in the automotive business all my life and it was such a relief to come into a dealership to purchase a vehicle. We were greeted by Theo Nicolaides after we parked and started to browse the lot for vehicles. We had done our initial research online, so we knew what we wanted for the most part. Theo really helped educate us on the vehicle we were interested in, showed us what was available and found us just the right one to take home and call our own. This was my daughters first new vehicle purchase and ur second dealership visit. Needless to say the first dealership did not get our business. Thank you Theo and the AutoNation Team you will have our business in the future and will be spreading the word to family and friends.

I've used yelp for a lot of years and never reviewed. I feel I would be doing the public a disservice if I didn't share my experience at this hell hole, so hopefully I can save at least one person a lot of trouble.I would only trust this dealership with my worst enemy. The salesman misinformed/lied to me about what interest rate I could get on a loan. First, he told me my choice financial institution had a higher rate than other options he was aware of. I checked with that financial institution and learned the salesman was wrong. I was told I deserved a higher rate because the other borrower on my loan had a low credit score. I called that financial institution and learned the interest rate is dictated by the highest credit score on the loan, so that was false. I didn't know these things were false at the time, so I signed their bogus loan after waiting In the dealership for half a day with my girlfriend. A week later I was told I needed to sign new loan docs, and that if I didn't sign new loan docs there would be no loan. This was fine for me because at this point I learned about all the false information about my lending qualifications they fed me. After telling them "we're done", they continued to pull my credit. I messaged them saying to stop because I didn't want their loan. A day later the director of finance called me, told me I had a loan, and hung up on me when I called him a fraud. He did not ever call me or write back despite many messages and calls to him wanting to learn more about the loan. This is crazy because for one I explicitly stated to not move forward. Secondly, they were adamant I come to the dealership to waste even more time waiting to sign paperwork, but all of a sudden when I push back they had no problem booking a loan with a new lender I never signed for. So why the hell were they berating me to come to the dealership when it's clear they never needed me I the first place? They had zero regard for my personal time and then went against my wishes. I've bought multiple cars in multiple states in the USA. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. Setting foot in this dealership is the biggest regret of my life. I can't believe I let my guard down here - I also take blame for accepting things they told me at face value. This was (what I thought was) a basic lease buyout so I wasn't sure how they could rip me off here, but they did. I would single out a few players here, but I think it's best to assume everyone here is a risk to a prospective vehicle buyer because this looks like a toxic culture from where I sit.And I can't wait for the obligatory reply from the dealership saying "call the gm and we'll fix this blah blah blah". Save your keystrokes and start serving this community instead of taking from us.

Had my car serviced (maintenance dues) today and Jeremiah M. was awesome to work with! He was very nice, made me feel comfortable and polite. It's uncomfortable as a women to have to go alone for car things but Jeremiah didn't try to pressure me into any additional services but did politely let me know what service I'd want to consider doing sooner rather than later to avoid additional cost.

extremely rude customer service from the parts department. I wouldn't shop here even if they had my part (they didn't).

I went in there excited and nervous to buy my first new car and they really made the experience memorable! I knew which car I wanted and Billy really delivered. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Billy was very patient with my mom and I through the whole process which I really appreciated. Thanks to him, Mike, and the whole team, I got the car I wanted, with a great interest rate and my monthly payment is what I needed it to be. Thank you!

Had an appt at 7am for a check engine light which they did not proceed to perform a diagnostic test and instead used a palm pilot and said it was fixed. I spoke with Carol who was assigned as my Service advisor who told me since no service was performed, nothing in writing was given to me.1 hour later the light is back on and the service advisor, Carol, was rude and wanted to disregard my concern until her service manager came out. Would not recommend this place to anyone with their lack of customer service.

Bought my car brand new a year ago. The AC went out in the hottest week in AZ. It has been 118 degrees all week. I made an appointment a week ago to bring it in to the service dept. I told them at the time of booking the appointment that I would need a rental. The woman said I would pick it up when I drop my car off. I arrive to my appointment this morning and was treated horribly. Jennifer was my advisor and she was not friendly at all. First thing she asks if I have a ride. I explain to her that I don't and that I was told I would get a rental when I dropped it off. She said no, that is not possible they don't have any available. She said to reschedule my appointment. Again I have no AC and it is record heat of 118+. She was very rude and in no way wanted to assist me right from the start. I asked if there was a manager I could talk to and she pointed to a man in the office next to her desk. I explained the situation to him and he was rude as well. I told him I was promised a rental and he said Nissan now has a call center take the service calls and I shouldn't have been told I could get a rental. Again, not my fault. I said I also didn't plan on buying a new car from them and the AC not working. He wanted me to reschedule and I told him I could not have a car with no AC. He got up and went to the rental counter and the young lady said they had one come in that was in the wash. I have bought my last 2 new cars from chandler Auto Nation and after the way I was treated today will not be buying my next one here. I have dealt with the service center here before and never had an issue. This experience with Jennifer just cost them my future business. She needs to find another occupation because customer service is not for her. The young lady behind the rental counter was very pleasant. This is so unfortunate as I am a loyal Nissan customer but will choose another Nissan dealer for my future purchases.

Recently purchased a used 2012 Altima from salesman Pat. He was friendly, honest, and not like any other car salesman I have dealt with. After about 2 weeks (I had traveled for work and was gone one week) I noticed some fluid dripping in my driveway. Turned out it was transmission fluid, and I immediately took it to the shops to get inspected. They couldn't tell me exactly what it was, but that indeed transmission fluid was dripping.I called AutoNation and Pat relayed my info to Tony the service director on site and when I tell you they took good care of me, MAN did they ever.I was extremely worried as I paid cash for this car and it was in great shape and had been cared for amazingly. Tony ensured me he would get to the bottom of it, sent a customer service rep down with a rental (to Tucson where I am located) and they took the car all the way back to the shop to figure out the issue. The exact issue was found and resolved, and my vehicle was returned to me after only 3 days.Thank you for caring for your customers and doing the right thing even when most other companies probably would not!Tony and his team are fantastic and I can't say enough good things about them.

I have purchased many Nissans over the years, all of which were dealer serviced. Three out of the last four were purchased from the dealer that is just 2.5 miles from my home. When we decided to purchase our 2022 Pathfinder last year, Autonation Nissan Chandler had the one we liked, on the lot so that is where we got it. As part of the purchase, the dealership installed running boards and their service department impressed me, even though they were much further away than my closest dealer. What keeps me coming back is resources like Jennifer Lane, who is by get far, the best service advisor I have worked with at any Nissan dealership ever. She does an amazing job at making sure she understands why you are there, communicating any iterative needs that might be discovered, and solving problems she could have otherwise passed the buck on (as she did with an issue that need the attention of the body shop. She got them on the phone and they got me in and out very quickly). That phenomenal service from Jennifer is why we will go out of our way to work with her. Well done Jennifer and thank you for everything.

On hold over 40 minutes just to confirm a service appointment. Just moved into area and I am astonished on a system that will not answer the phone.
