I was unfortunately hit from behind, damages were not severe. I got my collision repair referral from Audi Gilbert. I met with Ashur who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & kind! He walked me through the whole process & what to expect moving forward. Due to State Farm being so difficult to work with it made the situation uncertain & uncomfortable . Ashur took total control over everything , putting me at ease ! He totally had my back ! His experience is evident! Just want to thank him again for everything! If anyone needs that repair & customer service perfection, Autobahn Collision in Gilbert is the place for you !! Jill Stanifer

Following an accident, my Subaru dealer recommended Autobahn Collision. Ashur Benjamin test drove my car to determine its safety, immediately arranged a rental car, and gave me assurance that the car would be thoroughly inspected. He kept me up to date with emails and phone calls, dealt with the insurance company and fought to get me the correct parts covered. My car came back today, thoroughly detailed. I was treated like I owned a Bentley, but instead I buy good basic cars and take care of them. His level of respect and concern is truly rare and so appreciated. Ashur and his team are highly recommended.

Ask for Ashur! I cannot say enough good things about this guy! He went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of for me, even after the completion of my car. The crew here value you, your car and your time. You would have never known my car was involved in an accident! The level of customer service and auto body work is unmatched! I can't thank him and the team at Autobahn Collision enough for all of the their hard work and care!

Wanted to say a big thanks to Ashur Benjamin and the Autobahn team for great customer service! Ashur helped me every step of the way with the difficulties I had with my insurance company. He helped with calls, emails and whatever else was needed to get my car done. He kept me in the loop and communicated regularly. So glad to have my car back and looking like new again!

I’ve used Autobahn several times in the last eight years and insist that’s where I get my body work done due to their professionalism and excellent work. Recently, my insurance company shorted my payment and the manager, Scott, called them and got it corrected. Autobahn is not contracted with insurance companies, so that was way above and beyond. I also appreciated that the lady doing the appointment scheduling told me how I could expedite the repair process so I could be back in my own car ASAP. Dan, the employee who did the actual work, did exceptional work. Beautiful!

I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of collision repair or body work. They completely went above and beyond what was required of them. Ashur took amazing care of my Jeep and returned her detailed and looking better than when I bought her. I cannot thank them enough!

My Audi S5 had some damage to the front bumper and radiator and when I got my car back it looked better than before the damage. The work performed was top notch. Thank you Dan for taking care of me through the process. Everyone is very kind and responsive whenever I called for an update on progress.

My first and last experience with this establishment is forcing me to take time out of my busy day to leave an honest horrible review. I was referred to these guys for a cracked side skirt repair on my Lamborghini. I called Scott there who seemed great over the phone. I had to bring the car by to get a quote etc which I did as was handed off to a DAVE. He explained I would get a quote emailed over. 5 days later after I didn't receive it I called there and they got Dave on the phone with me. I encourage the owner of this place to listen to my call with him if they're recorded. I swear I thought I was being "PUNKED". I don't know if he was high or just slow or????? The most disturbing weird call ever. Went nowhere. Just excuses. A few days later I received the quote with 2 options. No follow up .... no explanation NOTHING! My car is at another shop getting fixed. Good lord what a weird disturbing awful experience.

Okay, I ask that the guy that's in charge of my repairs reach out with an ETA on the following Tuesday when the parts get in. Nobody calls, texts, or even emails me. I give it a day, then I call on Wednesday. Guy isn't available to talk, so I leave a message for him to contact me. Never calls. I call back on Friday and again he's unavailable. He calls me the following Monday to let me know my vehicle is ready ($875 for the rental and another $700 in additional coverage later). This is where it gets silly. He pulls my vehicle around and the new bumper clearly doesn't match the paint. 3 weeks and couldn't get the paint matched. Not only that, but he literally tries to convince me it's just the lighting and that they had, indeed, matched the paint. I'll include photos. At this point I have to ask for the manager to come take a look. I guess we need a third opinion. Manager skates around it a bit until I ask, just to be sure, "everyone here has eyeballs, right?". Now he confesses it doesn't match. They offer to keep the vehicle longer, and this is where I decline. After having little to no contact from the shop for the past 3 weeks, arrive to a job not even done, and having not only Dino, but Scott, the MANAGER, lie through their teeth about the paint matching. They NOW want to offer to fix the mistake. I told them I would feel more comfortable going with a different shop at this point and that I'm happy to pay for the bumper, but I'm not paying for the paint. I'll get an estimate for the paint somewhere else and we can deduct that from the total bill that they have for me.They agree and say they'll deduct that from the bill. 20 minutes later, they change their mind and tell me if I want my vehicle back, I'll pay the total. At this point, I reached out to the Non-Emergency line to see what my options are legally. The dispatcher tells me it's illegal for them to hold my vehicle for payment. They send an officer out to the shop and have me meet them there. I'm not sure what changed, but the officer said that I would need to pay first and then press charges later if I wanted to get refunded some of the money.Paid the shop, I have my vehicle, and an estimate to get the paint done right. Now I am filing a civil suit against the shop for the amount it will cost to have it re-painted. At this point, it's not even really about the money, but principle.Unreal.Great experience. Shop elsewhere, unless you love chaos and a team of unprofessionals lacking severely in customer service as well as technical skill in the shop itself.

Guess I'll start at the beginning. Set up an estimate for some damage to the back end of my vehicle (other guy was at fault, his insurance was covering). Estimate seemed fine, so I went ahead and set up an appt about a week or two out. A day or two prior to my appt, I get a call from the shop. They want to push back my appt because they'd overbooked themselves. I would've been fine with that, but it had already been a headache to get the insurance and rental set up for that date. I asked to keep the date and the lady at the front desk said that'd be fine, as they were able to move some other things around. Great...drop my car off and grab the rental. I don't hear anything from the shop for almost two weeks, so I reach out to get an ETA. The guy in charge of my repair says that the parts should be in on the following Tuesday, and that they hadn't begun any repairs. I think to myself, "that's odd, why not order parts and have me bring my vehicle in when they arrive, rather than have me paying for a rental for 2 weeks?". After checking their reviews online, it seems as though they've flat out forgotten to order parts for previous customers. Wow. At this point, it's not even really about the money, but principle. I will now dedicate a lot of extra time to be sure this team of clowns pays for this mistake. Worth it in my opinion. Great experience. Shop elsewhere, unless you love chaos and a team of unprofessionals lacking severely in customer service as well as technical skill in the shop itself.
