The rep I worked with added insurance without my permission, and when I asked him to credit it back he said I had no choice but to call customer service. As someone who worked at an AT&T store not long ago, I know this is not the case. Even if things have changed recently, adding unauthorized services to client’s bills is unacceptable and his unapologetic demeanor when asked to help make things right warrants a bad review. Buyers beware

They gave me an extra line they said it would be cheaper than upgrading my current line but it wasnt cheaper now im paying for 2 lines that i dont use and they wont get rid of the line. I feel like i really got screwed over

The associate added insurance without my permission and the only way to get it credited back to me was a 30 minute call with customer support. Make sure to review your bill after a visit to this store, very dishonest sales people.

I went to location this past Monday to get my daughter a new phone. The gentleman seemed very nice that was helping us. Please pay attention keyword is SEEMED! My daughter chose the phone she like and we got everything activated. I was a little all over the place as I have pregnancy brain at the moment and he took FULL ADVANTAGE of it. So, close to being done he informed me that there was a promotion going on that if I got a 5th line there would be discounts the usual sales pitch. I informed him that I don’t need a 5th line at the moment. He stated okay and that was that. Something told me to check my account and so I did. I saw a 5th line on my account t that I did not authorize. I immediately contacted the att customer and explained that there shouldn’t be a 5th line on my account and it was not authorized. After explaining to the rep he stated he put in a complaint and removed it. I spoke with my friend right after who also works at an att store but in a different state and he informed me that he experienced in store reps who would get SIM cards and older phones that still take SIM card and add it to the customers accounts to make a sale. If you don’t notice it within 14 days of them doing that you are stuck with the extra line and the in store sales rep made commission off of you. Sad, to say sometimes the store managers are in on it if they are below their sales quota they get desperate and turn the other check. I’m contacting corporate to let them know. But if I were you STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATT STORE!!! DO NOT TRUST THE REPS OR MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION!!! And IF YOU GOT A PHONE FROM THIS LOCATION PLEASE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT TO MAKE SURE THEY DID NOT ADD ANY UNAUTHORIZED LINES OR YOU’LL BE STUCK WITH IT!! The values at this store is horrible!!! They don’t care about the customers they only care about sales and their own pockets!! If I could give it a negative I would!!

I had a tall order when I walked into the store. I had to open up multiple lines for a business. Sergio was just the man for this job. He was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. The store was busy that day, but he was able to help me while picking up the phone, and coordinating the flow of the other customers. Sergio made my experience extremely pleasant and I walked out the door that day a new AT&T business customer. Thank you Sergio.

I couldn't get the online order process complete, so after 12 hours I go into this AT&T Store. I was greeted by a young lady named Terra W.To say that Terra W was polite and helpful would not be fair. This young lady Terra W was phenomenal. She spent about 90 minutes helping me. It was then I realized how knowledgeable she was. She was patient, kind , polite and professional all at the same time. I'm a business owner and I'm out talking with people all day every day. Without a doubt Terra W has to be one in ten million. AT&T is extremely fortunate to have this young lady as an employee. Terra W deserves a raise , a promotion and an extra weeks vacation . I've never had a better experience in my life. She was that good. I would recommend this store to anybody who asks. I really want to offer Terra W a job. Excellent customer service

If I could give it less stars I would.. there was absolutely no service given at the AT&T store by the Chandler Fashion Mall! The guy was sitting up on top of the counter and not one other person was in there. The guy was on his phone and jumped down off the counter when I walked in. I told him I need to download the E-Sims card. He looked at my phone and said I had no Wi-Fi and said not AT&T problem, take to Apple. Lol, I gladly left, as I knew he would be no help what so ever! Worthless service at that location, by people who could care less! Incase his boss would like to find out what employee was working.. it was early Friday evening August 25th. I went back home and called AT&T to find out what to do and they walked me thru it. But the store location stop was a waste of time, they truly shouldn't even be considered a place of business!

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD - TURN AROUND!!! DON'T COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!THESE EMPLOYEES ARE LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sales rep Kaydin (THE WORST!!!!) and Tyren (UP SALES YOU WITH LIES)Don't do business with the horrible store manager Anthony and district manager Vanya. No accountability for what their employees did. Referred me to the customer service line.As a loyal customer of 22+ years. I came into this location. Here are the lies the 2 sales rep told me:* Upgrade my son's phone. The iPhone 13 is half off right now (promo) so the price will be $395.04. You can trade in his old phone for $350.00 and only have to pay the sales tax + the difference of $45.04. LIES - LIES - LIES : After calling AT&T - they tell me, you can not do a trade up with this promotion.* Upgrade your phone from the 11 to the iPhone 14max and you get 2 free airpods. You just have to pay for the sales taxes of 39.00. LIES - LIES - LIES : After calling AT&T - they tell me, they financed it for 12 months under your account of 41.00 which comes out to $500.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I called back to confirm this and Kaydin tells me, they are lying to me at AT&T customer service. That I should call them back SMH!!!!!!!!! What he didn't know was he was on speaker and I was on the line with AT&T customer service and they heard ALL his lies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I the spoke to the store manager Anthony and he says they maybe didn't explain it correctly. I have to call customer service. I speak to the District Manager Vanya and she was RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And said I have to call customer service.They were so QUICK to take my money in person and now there's problem, they send me to customer service SMH! Now I have to end up paying this amount when I wasn't supposed to SMH$500.00 2 air pods (Said it was free)$395.00 iPhone 13 (Said I can trade in an old phone)$56.94 Taxes iPhone 13$39 Taxes air pods$35 upgrade feeTotal: $1,025.94This is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've wasted OVER 8 hours of my life trying to get this fix and I'm STUCK paying it. Bad customer service and FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Efran was very helpful! He made updating my phone easy. I will come back to this location in the future for his service!
