My friend and I recently returned to the store to return a pair of shoes we had purchased under a BOGO offer just two days earlier, on a Friday. We had only briefly worn the shoes — just a short walk from the car to the house — to test their comfort and fit in real-world conditions, as they felt a bit slippery. Unfortunately, they didn’t suit our feet and didn’t feel safe to wear.
At the time of purchase, the store associate, who also happened to be the one assisting us during the return, had explicitly told us that lightly used items could be returned within 30 days. However, when we brought the shoes back, he refused to accept the return, citing minor discoloration on the sole — something that naturally happens even with minimal outdoor testing.
Despite our polite explanations and reminding him of the return policy he himself had shared, he was dismissive and quite rude. It was only after we insisted that he reluctantly offered us store credit instead of a refund. We were disappointed, especially given the misleading information and unprofessional attitude. We value honest and fair customer service and were hoping for a more understanding and respectful interaction

Screw, asics. They don’t live up to the 1 year shoe warranty. Holes coming through the bottoms after 3 months of tennis

Asics Refused to take back my order for a brand new pair of shoes never worn and in the box because from the time I ordered was 2 days after the expiration for return. I said I haven't had them that long it took two weeks for the shipping!! The woman said that there's nothing she can do, and why did I take so long. I told her I didn't think it was too long and I have a life doing other things I didn't think you would try and stick me with these shoes I didn't like. ( I didn't like the pattern on material that didn't show up on the picture when I bought them)I have presently 6 or 7 pairs of Asics I wear and I have worn Asics for over 20 years. I couldn't believe how she dug in to refuse my return. Very bad customer service, lousy policy and total lack of care.. HOKA here I come

I will most likely go to a regular store that carries various brands before driving 30 miles out of my way to go to this location again.
I travel months at a time for work. I needed to exchange a pair I bought for a half size bigger
..sadly I was 1 month past the 90 days, return/exchange allowance they stand by, due to travel.
I bought 3 pairs of shoes. Unfortunately, I was only able to use 2 while then 3rd pair stayed in my suitcase because they touched my toes.
I understand their policy & rules.
The interaction and communicating of that however, was so abrupt that I will not return.
The gentlemen at the front desk glanced at the receipt, saw it was past 90 days and basically dismissed me as if I were totally wasting his time and couldn't be bothered to offer any other solution.

Very nice store and semi central location. The sales rep even had me sign up for emails, which helped me save an additional percentage off my total. Huge selection and great customer service 👍🏽

Service is good. Guys that work there are helpful including assistant manager. Went the extra effort to order me shoes that weren't in stock and tag on a discount. They seemed to have an interest in their work and could answer questions.
Now for the bad. Zero stars for Asics and their product designers. Ruined the Nimbus with the 25 and 26 models. Cutting corners for profits? Trying to chase Hoka? Garbage foam that feels like you are walking on marshmallows. What kind of runner would wear these? As I was returning the shoes at the store another customer/runner had the same issue with the Nimbus. We both developed knee pain from lack of support and responsiveness in the shoes. Please go back to gel and a more supportive and stable shoe. I've worn Asics for over 35 years but will be looking at other options now.

Came here from other side of valley to return a defective pair of shoes I received from online order. Store owner said he had never seen it before. Midsole not glued properly to outsole. Could not replace my order as they didn’t have the width I needed in the color. I purchased another pair online despite the poor experience.
Guess what!? They sent me the same defective pair I returned here!! Store owner put shoe back in inventory!! Wow, complete waste of my time and money. Done with ASICS!
