After calling around town all morning and not finding anyone to help. I was put in touch with Kim at Artful Tailoring. She was so kind and knowledgeable and got me in right way. It was so nice to have a true professional helping alter my suit for my daughter's wedding. I highly recommend giving them a call.

If you want a custom Fit go to Nordstrom Scottsdale . I had shirts made at Ladin , to long to wide.

Miracle worker! A pair of my trousers were very poorly tailored by another tailor, so I took them to Artful Tailoring, and they fixed them perfectly. I will be bringing all of my tailoring here from now on.

Needed a suit ASAP. Called and explained the urgency, went to the store at 11:00. Measured and picked out what I liked, still explaining the urgency. It was ready by 1:00 PM. Fantastic service, and props to Kim.

Aladdin was amazing to work with! I approached him with a custom suit request and he knocked it put of the park! I officiated my friends wedding and wanted to be wearing a masculine suit that fit my feminine figure. I could not have been more pleased with how the suit turned out and I will probably be coming back in the near future for more pieces! Thank you!

I ordered 3 custom shirts from the store and two of them were incorrect. The staff blamed me for their misunderstanding and put the blame on me “the customer”, stating they are NEVER wrong. They eventually pulled up the order form and recognized it WAS their error. They asked me to come back another time to resolve and I expressed I’m not interested in traveling from central Phoenix back to their east valley shop. I was further criticized for my unwillingness to travel!! The customer service at this shop is an absolute joke. I’m sure they make high quality product (if they can get the order correct), but not treating the customer with respect and service is the kicker for me. I do not give my recommendation here - not worth the special trip, I’ll find a custom tailor more conveniently located — especially a tailor that doesn’t put their errors and problems on the CUSTOMER!!! I wish I could give ZERO STARS.

I just picked up the first of what will be many suits and shirts cut to fit - tons of materials and options. As this was my first experience with a completely custom fitting - Aladdin takes the time to understand what you want, coach you on options, and make sure he's getting it right.I was amazed at how perfect the fit was and have never felt better in a suit. Aladdin is an artist!! I will never buy a suit anywhere else.
