“Unfortunately time only permitted me to visit one establishment within fairlanes village center which was FedEx. I've been to several fedex locations across a few states and this one was nearly the best I've been to. Everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very kind in answering any and all of my questions and concerns. Often times employees can be a bit testy serving those who happen to rush in, last minute, and somewhat frazzled. Everyone at this location was very understanding to my situation and being that there were 10 minutes til closing, they never made this a factor in their service nor attitude. Thank you, pls keep up the good work and hopefully your example will spread, as it is greatly appreciated!”

“Decent prices, discount with phone number, and lots of supplies. Employees can be really hit or miss but most are wonderful. My only complaint is that I have to leave my bag up front and the employees don't really watch the bags. It'd be super easy for someone to snag it on the way out. I suggest having a designated area behind the registers.”

“This is a review for the store on Ray Road in Phoenix. Amazing customer service on the phone AND in the store. I drove 50 minutes to get to that particular JoAnn store because my 34-year old Husqvarna sewing machine was not working right and after making several phone calls around the day before, I finally got Stephanie on the line from the Viking Husqvarna store within the JoAnn store. On the phone and in person, she was the friendliest person! She was excited and eager to help me figure what was wrong with my machine. I was totally amazed and also relieved such a young person was so knowledgeable about a "vintage" Husqvarna. In just a few minutes she had fixed the tension and bobine issues. I can't thank her enough for her help. All the other employees were also very friendly and as I was pushing my cart through the store, everyone always greeted me with a smile and offered to help.”

“I prefer to come to this JoAnns even though it is smaller than the other stores. There is a young man named Sebastian who always is friendly and helpful. When you are shopping, he will come by and ask if you need help. You don't get that service from either of the stores in the East Valley. If what you need is not in stock he will look up where it is. I am always happy to see that he is still working there. He is an asset that I hope the company appreciates him.”
