I love it here. i travel all the way from east valley and i never regret it. The prices are so reasonable. You get treated with respect never like a newbie.. Everything i mean everything you need to make soaps. and so much more.. candles, makeup, bath bombs..

I live a couple of hours away, but I love going to Arizona Soap Supply. They're always nice, have a lot of choices and good prices. I can usually save a decent amount by going through them instead of ordering from an online supplier.

Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful.They carry a broad array of fragrance oils.I'm a melt and pour girl. Their Shea butter base and clear soap base are well maintained and reasonably priced (3.60 to 4 dollars a pound depending what your soap base is).I started off with liquid soap coloring droppers for 1 dollar each.I wish they had a broader range of cute silicone molds such as macaron, cupcake, shot glasses, bunnies, easter eggs, etc, so that I can stop giving my money to online retail giants.They have oval, rectangular, loaf, some shaped columns that I enjoy using.Fragrance bottles : I choose the 2 oz bottles about 6 bucks each.Pipettes, nitrile gloves, beakers, silicone beakers, alcohol spray bottles, they got them.Practical soap savers that keep soap dry - 3 bucks, and worth it.I like the pretty lavender color.Their nylon drawstring gift bags are available in a variety of color and are so beautiful. 2.75 for a 10 pack.I would rather go to AZ soap supply than online retailers because of the expert advice and the ability to smell the tester fragrances before I purchase.I can actually see the size of my molds.Local business all the way, support em <3

I used to utilize A***** for a few years for some miscellaneous ingredients that I use for my small business, but over the last few years I've been able to find the same ingredients on Amazon Prime or Wholesale Suppliers Plus for much cheaper. Since the customer service was Always less than awesome here, I've been happy to avoid Arizona soap supply for quite a while. Unfortunately I needed an ingredient that I had forgotten in my last order with Wholesale Suppliers Plus & I felt like I didn't have time to wait for to be shipped, so I went back to A****** reluctantly. Boy was that a mistake! I arrived 30 minutes before they closed (they have bankers hours & aren't open on the weekends, so I rushed over from DTPHX) & was gathering my basket of ingredients I needed when my boyfriend & I was approached by one of their employees (random dude in a cowboy hat) saying we needed to "wrap it up, we are closing", & I looked at my watch & it was still 25 minutes until they closed. I said "oh are you closing early?" & he said "no, but I need you to hurry up" while trying to usher us out the door. So I sat my half filled basket down & said "ok, I guess we will leave now then" to his response "that's what I thought!" while laughing! Needless to say, I ordered my needed last minute supplies from Amazon while in the parking lot of A****** in disbelief that I was treated so rudely. I have spent thousands here in the past, but that was enough for me to absolutely NEVER come back, at any costs. I'll glad wait an extra day or so to avoid this awful place with its awful customer service. Then I read the reviews from others experiences & it is absolutely astounding that the owner, Norman trolls each negative review instead of accepting some constructive criticism. Horribly unprofessional & disgusting. Never ever again.
