Some really good finds here if your looking for some boots or western wear but are on a budget. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. I'll be back!

Very happy with my shopping experience! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Once I got home, I realized I actually had been overcharged. The tag on the boot was not what was in the register or on my receipt so I called and spoke with Laurie the manager and she made it all right. At first, I was annoyed that I would have to waste my time to correct this but she was able to adjust the transaction with the screenshots of the receipt, boots, and boot tag. I Definitely feel like my time was valued and I would go back again. Thank you for a great shopping experience and a wonderful product love the Ariat brand as well.ð

I stopped by ARIAT today just to browse. The store was very busy, and it was clear they were understaffed. There was one employee at the door, another at the register who was on her phone, and one more running around trying to help everyone. I found a cute flannel jacket and went to check out, where Mackenly assisted me. Before ringing me up, she politely asked the employee on her phone to open a fitting room for a customer who was waiting, but her request was completely ignored. I believe this person may have been the manager, and I found it unacceptable for her to treat her team this wayâespecially when the other employees were working hard to take care of customers while she stood by.

Most of the prices are the exact same as the ORIGINAL price. The employees are not helpful at all and rude. I love the boots that I purchased from there! They do have a larger selection for men In my opinion. I donât think that I will return to that location ð

Sam was great at helping us. We took on a pair of jeans to exchange. She made sure we were able to get the most for our money and even searched in back for extra sizes for us. Everyone was great and we love the jeans

I appreciate Ariat trying to help us out by giving us discounted prices..... but getting an extra 30% off small or 3XL gear really only helps two people. Maybe throw some large or XL items on sale every once in awhile

Good price and good selection whatever. The true gem of this store is Sam, she was able to help me above and beyond any expectation I had. She was kind, happy, smiled, and knew her stuff about the store! Sheâs the absolute best!
