I would leave zero stars if I could. This has got the be the LAZIEST staff I have ever dealt with in my life and they don’t even know how to look up insurance properly because they are more concerned with texting and gossiping than actually paying attention to what is being said to them. My husband was there for over 2 hours because they “couldn’t find his insurance” after I had already told them multiple times that it was under my name because it was my work insurance. Then after all of that we end up getting a bill for the full amount in the mail because these idiots never filed the insurance. I’ve had better customer service at the worst McDonald’s than we experienced here. These people would clearly rather be doing anything else but have no issue collecting a paycheck for sitting on their rear ends not doing anything.

This is the last time I will ever go to this store the manager Terrence was rude and not polite I heard him yell at one of his employees and call her ridiculous. Poor management I feel bad for his employees poor girl she was in tears

I bought two pairs of glasses from here one pair was sunglasses and the other pair were regular glasses; once they were done I picked them up once I got them home I tried on the regular pair glasses which hurt my eyes so bad due to the reflection lens so I took them back because I was told over the phone that I could bring them in and they would fix them without reflection lens. Once I got there the story changed and I was still under warranty my experience here is that I was a patient here and never in my life will I trust them as eye health professionals again so they let me leave while subjecting me to poor eye health. As I was standing there I was in ear shot of another customer who was not satisfied with their services. In Ohio the Americas best would have never left me leave without an issue handled as a patient and end user. I’m done with Americas best on Arizona avenue and pecos in Chandler Arizona ?

As I type this, I am on hold for the third time. Twice over 10 minutes and now, after calling back and telling them I have been on hold over 10 minutes, have been sitting on hold for over 5 minutes all to check on where my contacts that I ordered over a month are. I would demand my money back if I didn’t need the contacts. They are rude in person and on the phone. The in house Optometrist is great , though. I called and told them I had not received any notices about my contacts. They then asked, well have you received a notification? Then they put me on hold the first time over a week ago and came back after about ten minutes and said well, they aren’t here yet. No s$&!. I was aware of this. I asked when they projected them to be here and cannot get an answer. Still on hold… Now nine minutes. I will never purchase from this location again. They have a 3.3 rating. Other stores in the area have over 5.5.

Worst location ever !! 0 stars . Starting from my initial eye exam to get contacts two month later . None of those associates in that store know what they’re doing!!

The Dr was great!Some of the employees in the store however are so horrible, untrained and rude.I waited over a week to get a call back from the “manager.”An employee (female) called me and these were her words exactly “and of course he didn't do his supposed to so I do good and now they should be all ready to be ordered and everything.” (Which I have recorded)I am definitely not happy with this location and will most likely never go to another America’s WORST.Kolby or Colby was the best employee in getting me the guidance I needed.

The more I thought about what happened the more up set I felt. I knew it would be more than $79 but $269 and the frames I got were fairly inexpensive. So Im not sure what happened I'm a trusting person and I feel honestly is the best way to conduct busines apparently America's best contacts don't feel that way. My advice is to stay clear of the that place.

The employee “Garrett” was completely disrespectful and rude to my wife and I during our visit. He was unwilling to help or listen and even made a comment about our insurance: “it’s a problem because it’s budget insurance, that’s why nothing works” and proceeded to walk away. Garrett is the reason why I will not be returning.

My husband and I used to LOVE this place, until 9 days ago. Terence is the most abrasive, agressive, and unprofessional person we've dealt with/witnessed, in a long time.I brought in my broken glasses- less than 4 mths old and worn, literally, only 3 times. Terence and some other man were both so rude, interruptive and dismissive to me- actually shoving my glasses back at me.My brother, a prominent consumer advocate attorney, is 100% moving forward with this. We will see them in court. They should've never treated ANY customer the way they treated me.Two other times, in the last 6 mths, my husband and I have heard Terence on the phone with customers and we couldnt believe the way he treats and talks to people.We LOVED this location. We LOVED America's Best, for years. Corporate needs to address this ASAP.

Went here seems to be best price for script and glasses without insurance. The VA only offers one pair a year and needed some protection glasses for work. Did the $79 script and you pay for whatever pairs you want. Well fast forward 18 days and haven’t heard from them about my glasses. Called today and they asked if I received a call/text saying they are ready. I have not and told em’ that’s why I was calling. They said two pairs are in and I already picked up the 3rd pair. I was never notified my glasses were in and they gave my expensive brand to someone else. Seems like they need to have a better identification policy. Makes me wonder if a employee stole my frames.

I had eye exam mid April 2023 , ordered 2 pair of glasses. I never received a phone call, test, or email. I finally called today June 26 and was told the glasses are in. Customer service just atrocious. I will not go back and want to warn others what to expect.

Since I was due for new contacts, my daughter recommended America's Best. She had great be to one of their stores in Minneapolis and was amazed by the service she received, the high quality of their products, AND the low prices. After my appointment and experience at this location, I wholeheartedly agree. The doctor was efficiently thorough and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Danny's assistance was truly appreciated and I found an adorable pair of glasses!!!This place is great!

My wife went in to take advantage of the free eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses for $79.99 at the Chandler location only to be rushed out by Dr.Choy without being told anything about the results of her eye exam then to be told by another employee that to get glasses it'd actually be >$200! Total bait and switch and we ended up leaving and still having to pay $79.99 but only for. The eye exam that didn't even include the PPD because"the doctor doesn't like to include it in the prescription." We will definitely not be going back there ever again!
